Outstanding customer service, looking for an offside wing for my volvo. Sent pictures of the part beforehand to confirm it was the right one, it was a later model, came back within 24 hours with the correct wing. Informed me of when it was dispatched and when I received it, it was the best packaging I have seen in a long while. Will certainly use again

Used product absolutely perfect and delivered sooner than expected.

I had an affordable quote to replace an item on my seatbelt connection. I purchased it. It was packaged well. The item has been fitted & thank God for that because now I dont have to listen to the deafening seatbelt alarm going off every few seconds even if I have my seatbelt on. It was a deafening sound. So far it's working ok.thank you parts gateway for providing me with an affordable quote

Have used Partsgateway for a Mercedes ML radiator fan and BMW X5 Headlight unit both occasions saved a lot of money eg Radiator Fan from Mercedes £800 plus vat supplied via Partsgateway £200 with 3 month warranty.

Website is user-friendly. Gives the opportunity to communicate with the sellers and sends messages every time there is a new offer for what you are looking for. I received a Dispatch notice once the seller posted the item. There is advice throughout the process and safe and secure payment system. My experience was excellent.
