BEWARE!!! Their clothing is absolutely terrible quality I brought garments and tried them on and they completely ripped when i tried them on. They won’t even last being hand washed, honestly avoid. Shein is literally better quality than outcast

I love shopping with Outcast. Their clothing is exactly as shown in the pictures and the quality is amazing. Everything I’ve ordered has fit true to size and I’ve been so happy with each piece. Their customer service is also great, always helpful and responsive.

I received a damaged item to be worn for an event and contacted Outcast Customer Service. They replied immediately, specifically Daniela, and resolved my issue, I received two options for resolving the issue: get store credit for the value of the item or have a new piece sent to me. Outcast has very considerate customer service and I was glad to be met with kindness in a stressful situation.

their return policy is horrible, how has a no refund policy now days at a website store? and final sale items are NOT labeled as so on the description. Not to mention the garment i got was trash, dress is made of such cheap fabric and lace feels plastic. save yourself the trouble and money... it will NOT look like the picure

Difficult returns. Difficulty in contacting customer service. Not an up front e-commerce and would not recommend.

Whatever you do do not buy clothing from them they have a return policy where they only give you store credit. None of their items are sizing is the same. For example, my FRIEND has a dress size small I try on her dress it fits perfect. I order one online and a size small same exact item. I receive it and it doesn’t fit me so then I have to pay for shipping now twice. So I order the same item in a different color size medium it comes. It’s huge. I have to send it back again then I figure well maybe I just need to get the same exact color and the same exact size that she had in her dress so that it will fit me. I do that this is the third time ordering and it doesn’t fit. They change their material sizing as an accurate return policy sucks Terrible quality save your money.

I really appreciate the quality of the service. When I reached out regarding my concern, the customer service team responded quickly and emailed me to reassure that my questions were answered. My order issue was fixed immediately and I truly loved the strong customer service communication system. Shout out to Toni for helping me with my concerns and fixing the issue.
