I love Outcast! I shop here for major events (ex: Vegas, college events, vacations, dates, etc.) and the items never disappoint. Their customer service is also so quick and helpful!

Your store is absolutely appalling i bought a dress for my nans funeral and you completely ruined it, you sent a dress that was for halloween and when i complained about it and said can you replace it with correct one you sent an email saying Ha LOL ye Nans dead Gg

I contacted customer service and explained that the items I purchased don’t look good and I need to return them. They shared with me that because they were on sale they cannot return the items. Needless to say I will never buy from this company. I’m lost for words that an online company would have such a lousy policy.

The dress I received was phenomenal. Unfortunately, the bag had been tampered with, and 3 dresses were missing. Customer service quickly resolved the issue.
