Outcast has the styles I’m looking for, very edgy and unique which I love! Their customer service is great, they answer back promptly when needing help. The downside is that they do not restock frequently, I’ve been waiting for a couple of dresses to restock in my size for a while and nothing has happened. I hope they improve in that area because my review would be 5 stars if that’s fixed.

Loved the Dress!

The dress I ordered is really beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The quality and fit were great, and I was really happy with how it turned out. Even though my delivery ended up getting delayed, the dress itself made up for it. I’m glad I got it!

I had ordered the incorrect item for my daughter emailed them to let them know they were more than happy to give me an exchange. They also sent me a return paid sticker for any inconvenience. Amanda was so helpful and their service was fantastic.

I recently placed an order for the SAULA Bodysuit Black, and the item I received does not match the product that was advertised on their website. The listing showed that the top section of the bodysuit includes a snap closure in the back, but the item I received is just a pull-on top with no snap.
This is misleading and not what I paid for. Since the item does not match the advertised description, I kindly request one of the following:
They send me the correct version of the SAULA bodysuit that includes the snap closure as advertised, or
Provide a prepaid return label so I can return this incorrect item for a full refund.
I’ve ordered from Outcast Clothing several times and have always loved their pieces, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I hope we can resolve this quickly.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I placed an order worth nearly £300, which Royal Mail marked as delivered. However, the parcel was never handed to me, and the delivery photo clearly shows that it was left somewhere within the communal areas of my building rather than at my actual address.

Despite explaining this and providing all relevant information, Outcast took no responsibility and offered no meaningful support. Instead, I received a generic policy response that failed to acknowledge the most important fact: the parcel never reached me, the customer. Under UK consumer law, an order is not considered delivered until it is in the customer’s physical possession, yet this principle was completely overlooked.

What makes this even more concerning is that such a high-value order was not sent with a secure, signed-for delivery service. I was not given this option at checkout, and for an order of this value, one would expect greater care and protection.

Unfortunately, I am now left without the items I paid for and without assistance from the retailer. It’s incredibly disheartening, and I feel let down at every stage of the process.

I would encourage others to consider this experience before ordering. A company’s true quality is shown not when things go right, but when something goes wrong- and in this case, the lack of accountability has been very telling.

Amazing customer service. I accidentally put the wrong address on an order i made late at night during the black friday weekend (one of the busiest shopping days), expecting little to no help until it was already too late, but they were able to fix the issue with no delays at all!!

They were very helpful and responded fast. I appreciate how quick everything was sorted out.

From the webshop, over the fast delivery to the most flattering dresses and a very nice costumer service I am amazed. I have not often seen such an amazing service.
