Disappointing resolution and poor handling of refund

I purchased a dress from Outcast Clothing in August 2025 and returned it within the required timeframe. While part of the refund was issued as a gift card, the remaining £34 was refunded to your payment processor (Global-E) for it to be returned to me.

Although I have been shown proof that the refund was sent from Outcast Clothing, I am still out of pocket by £34. I have been unable to resolve this issue because Global-E has not responded to multiple attempts to contact them.

As the retailer, I would expect Outcast Clothing to take ownership of ensuring customers receive their full refund, regardless of which third-party processor is used. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me without a resolution months later.

I hope this can be addressed promptly, as it has significantly impacted my confidence in shopping with Outcast Clothing again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pieces and also by how insanely helpful and responsive the customer service team is. It wasn't Outcasts fault, but a delivery driver dropped off my order at the wrong address - I was so nervous bc it was my first order with them - but they solved the problem immediately. I've ordered from them again and received 10X compliments on the outfits I have worn. I will definitely order again!

I’ve ordered a few times from outcast last minute and contacted them to urgently send it out and they’ve always helped me get my order in time. customer service is exceptional. I really wish in the future they’re able to give full refunds instead of credit notes but other than that i love the team

Bought a few times from this brand and returned most of my orders. They have very inconsistent sizing. Im size 6 and some dresses and skirts fit like a 10 and tops barely covers the boobs. I have to return my recent order and wont be buying from this site ever again.

Great clothing. Return and exchange process is difficult however. I was unable to exchange clothes for a larger size so I ended up having to return them for a store credit and then buy them again but the sale had ended. The rep helped by giving me a credit but it is more complicated then I am used to for exchanges
