Amanda helped me get my bday dress sorted out in my proper size as I accidentally purchased a size too small

I used Express Shipping, followed up the next day to confirmed it will be on time — otherwise, I'd love to cancel. They

a) ignored me for 4 days during 'business hours'
b) said it will be delayed and SENT it even if I said I don't want it anymore if it comes late.

I said I'm out of town for the next few weeks, and they asked to contact UPS to hold it somewhere. I paid for it $6, asked for reimbursement for THEIR FAULT, and they said they're not responsible for it.

Just awful support that don't care, ignoring you, so better step aside and find alternatives.

Warning to all customers shopping from EU. They do not comply with EU regulations about returns. If you are unsure about sizing and fit of the items you want to purchase I don’t recommend to purchase anything from them.
