Asked for my opinion before I even got the product. Well here it is.
Like so many businesses, they've sent a survey out before I even know if the product will arrive. We're all getting surveyed to death. So my experience so far is quite negative - yet another survey. Just let me get the product before you ask me about it.

Never have everything in stock. Never. I can understand if a store is out of stock but online/postal purchase too? Can’t be that hard to have a warehouse that is fully stocked.

Received my optifast delivery the next…
Received my optifast delivery the next day, the soups are delicious and very satisfying. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a meal replacement diet. The only thing is I can’t ever seem to get the vegetable soup, it’s always out of stock.

You are proposing next day delivery but…
You are proposing next day delivery but you cannot even fulfil your promise. “Delivery promised by 19:30”, but at 19:10 I received a message saying “failed delivery attempt” !! I was home all day and we have cameras outside, nobody ever came to deliver anything from Optifast - I had other deliveries yesterday 18Nov.
