We have had a fantastic time in Morocco with On The Go Tours. Younes was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. He showed kindness and concern when one of us was unwell and was responsive to our requests and flexible with arrangements to meet our needs. Highly recommended.

15 days travelling gorgeous Morocco with the best tour guide and driver jaouad and Zahid showed us everything we needed helped us get what we needed and made sure we weren’t spending more than we should on great quality products and stuff. Taught me a lot about the country the culture and both always friendly and happy. I also stupidly forgot my camera and he went way out of his way to get it back for me. Will never forget this highly recommend this to everyone.

What can I say this truly has been the most amazing holiday /honeymoon ever everything went smoothly our driver and guid were the best at their jobs making us feel safe and welcome we got to see so many magical places that you just could not do alone
I learned so much also love the love Moroccan people have for their country I too love their country
If you have never traveled to country’s like this before I would Deffinatly do it this way as it is a way to learn about the culture and feel safe Jaouad made it a very special time with his help when my son left his camera at the second hotel also helping me find a real Moroccan carpet and warning us off any dangers I am very sad to be leaving this amazing country but I will spread the word to friends as it truly has been my most magical holiday experience so far.
Oh and the blue an White City and camel riding in Sahara complete magic and ending the holiday with an eight legged taxi (the horse and carriage )

Such a beautiful place to visit and a privilege that we got to see the beauty of this magical place, and our tour guide jaouad was absolutely wonderful would highly recommend him as your tour guide for this absolutely stunning country

We had a fantastic experience with On the go tours. Everything was well organised, and the tour itself was amazing . A special mention must go to our tour guide, Iain, who was absoultley fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyound to make sure everyone was l ooked after. Iain really made the trip extra special and memorable. I was there with my husband to bring back my parents ashes to Edinburgh , Scotland which made the whole experience even more meaningful and emotional. Having Iain as our guide made it even more special, and its a trip we will always remember.

Our tour guide Sy Trinh in Vietnam was very accommodating and knowledgeable of his country. He made sure everyone in our group was comfortable and ensured that we were all taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a tour with him.

We arrived in Cairo completely shattered after no sleep and a delayed flight and were greeted by a delightfully efficient man (can’t remember his name)- he expedited us through all the departments. A wonderful experience.
We also have been fortunate to have had Nash as our guide in Cairo. He has been amazing and has looked after us beautifully. His depth of knowledge is remarkable and he is kind, patient and humorous. He obviously loved his country and it shows. We did a lot in a few days but everything was great. Thank you so much Nash for being a wonderful ambassador for On the Go. Our tour guide Sy trinh was very thorough in informing us what was happening every day. He took care of all our needs and was very kind and thoughtful.
We were very impressed with his knowledge of his country, especially the history. It stimulated conversations among the group on the trip .

Our recent trip to Turkey was nothing short of extraordinary and exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of the journey was seamlessly organized, allowing us to simply relax and immerse ourselves in the incredible history, culture, and hospitality that Turkey has to offer.

A special mention must go to our outstanding tour guide, Metin, whose passion, knowledge, and genuine warmth made the experience truly unforgettable. His storytelling brought ancient ruins, palaces, mosques, and historical sites to life in a way that no guidebook ever could. Metin was incredibly patient, attentive to everyone's needs, and always went above and beyond to ensure that every member of the group felt welcome and well cared for. His recommendations for local food, hidden gems, and cultural experiences added an authentic touch that made our journey even more memorable.

Two destinations stood out above all others. Cappadocia was simply magical. The unique landscapes and underground citiescreated an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in the world.

Istanbul captivated us with its fascinating blend of East and West. The city's rich history, vibrant energy, incredible cuisine, and welcoming people left a lasting impression.

Turkey is a country of remarkable beauty, history, and culture, and this trip has given us memories that we will treasure forever. We wholeheartedly recommend ON THE GO tours to take the hassle out of planning.

I absolutely loved my tour of Turkiye earlier this year, and how the guides accommodated speakers of different languages. As the only English speaker, I basically had my own private guide for the first part of the tour, Antalya>Cappadocia. I cannot recommend Ersan enough as a guide- as well as being kind, funny and intelligent, his knowledge of the deep history of the area and its religious significance was amazing. Good communications via Whatsapp, accommodation was always comfortable with great food and scenery.

Our guide, Mehmet Kayici, was quite possibly the best and most informative guide we have ever had. His professionalism, extensive knowledge of his country, and engaging presentation made our experience truly exceptional. Harkan, our driver was also amazing everything on this 13 day tour was truly exceptional.

Aziz was really fantastic. He met and received us upon our arrival in Marrakech with friendliness, armed with lots of useful information which was most helpful during our wonderful and most enjoyable visit to Morocco. All excursions and tour guides were arranged without fuss and we enjoyed them all.
We recommend him highly as a tour guide: professional, courteous and always there to explain something or just be a short-term friend in Morocco.

Honestly just writing this so nobody else makes the same mistake I did. Dealing with On The Go Tours has been a complete nightmare and I am beyond furious.

We booked a tour through Spain and Morocco mainly to see the Alhambra. This was an anniversary trip for my parents and a lifelong dream for them. Its quite expensive ($4K per person, with an $800 deposit). We emailed ahead of time to make sure that Al Hambra would be an included experience and they said rest assured! You are booking far in advance (5 months ahead of time) so you are all good.

Only AFTER paying the deposit did they tell us that their "included" tour of the Alhambra literally excludes the Nasrid Palaces (aka the ACTUAL part of the Alhambra everyone goes to see). When we asked them how to fix this so we could actually see the real sight, they basically backed us into a corner. They explicitly told us that if we tried to buy complete tickets on our own to get into the Nasrid Palaces, we would be completely on our own. They said we’d be left unsupported, separated from the rest of the group, and given zero help or compensation for missing their group schedule.

When we called them out on how misleading that is and tried to cancel, they basically laughed in our face, kept our $800 deposit, and told us "feel free to post your grievances online."

So here I am!!!!!!

$800 down the drain for calling out a blatant bait-and-switch. Do not give this company a single dime. They will strip down bucket-list sights, hide it in the fine print, and pocket your money the second you complain.

Filing a chargeback with my bank today, but please save yourself the headache and stay far away from them.

Our guide Mr Sy Trinh, was possibly the best and most informative guide that we have ever had. His professionalism and knowledge of his country was second to none and I would recommend him every time.

I took my 15 year old son on the Hanoi to Hoi An Vietnam trip. It was brilliant - the history, culture, natural landscape and cities. An added bonus was making great new friendships with the other people on the tour. Our guide Sy Trinh thought of everything, kept us informed and to schedule as well as imparting lots of interesting information. He translated for me so that I always had something to eat as I’m coeliac. Highly recommend.

Our guide for our Wales trip Russell was great. He delivered the tour with interesting information and humour, but gave people time to rest when appropriate.

The Mercedes Sprinter van we were in was also great. Good A/C and reliable. And because the tour wasn't totally full, there was tons of room.

However, our accommodations on the 5 day tour weren't great. We had a strange issue at one of our hotels and the other had some cleanliness issues and wear. On top of that, we were visiting during a heatwave. I know that Wales isn't generally equipped with Air Conditioning, but that was a serious drawback for several days all the same.

Lastly, when I booked through On The Go Tours, I didn't realize that the tour was actually contracted to Rabbie's. In retrospect I would have probably just preferred to have booked directly with Rabbie's.

I loved the facts and information our guide, Peter, was giving to us throughout our safari and how he did his very best to ensure we had the most amazing experience, and we did, even spotting the very rare Rhino. The camp at which I stayed was lovely, welcoming and clean aswell, with hot water and wifi in the dining hall- Rhino Tourist Camp.
Points I would look out for though- the charging of a park fee ($400usd) which I had already paid in my tour booking, and the entrance fees into the local Masai village (30usd) of which I was completely un aware of…
But other than that, it was a great tour!

We had a great time in Morocco. Our guide Omar was excellent- knowledgeable, organised, caring and clear with instructions (and funny - we enjoyed his jokes and sing alongs). Mustafa did a great job driving us on some scary roads! There are some very long days of driving which was quite trying and maybe could be improved by an extra night somewhere. The accommodation was all very good. The food got a bit repetitive, the menus all seemed to be the same so the time we stopped at a motorway stop for lunch was a nice change ( who would have thought lol). We went in early July and it was very hot (up to 44 degrees), it was our choice but would recommend earlier or later in the season if you can. On the plus side it meant that there were very few tourists around so not too many queues and the hotels were quiet.

The itinerary for the 9-day Morocco tour is excellent, but one of the days requires 8 hours of actual driving time between Merzouga and Fes. It is nearly unbearable and should be broken into 2 days.

The guides and drivers are excellent.

Many of the meals are included, but we were not warned ahead of time as to whether or not a restaurant would take a credit card. This can be very awkward unless you have a lot of cash on hand. GF options are often limited to salad or chicken/beef skewers. Uncooked food is not recommended, so the meals can be very repetitive.

Instructions regarding payment of entrance fees and the tipping kitty are confusing as the amounts and accepted currencies differ within On the Go's own trip notes and with the materials received at the destination.

I believe the trip is a good value, but On The Go needs to improve their communications.
