Outlander tour with Jim D. It was brilliant. Jim was so knowledgeable but funny, flexible and supportive. We went to known places, and a few off the beaten track one. We were never rushed and went to lots of Outlander places with a bit of Queen of Scots, Harry Potter and Skyfall thrown in. The accomodation was great. The van was comfy and the number of people on van perfect. The booking was easy and supportive. Loved the trip.

We just completed a tour of Morocco. It was a fantastic experience. Our trip guide Aziz was very knowledgable and organized, very attentive to the group needs. He made sure there were plenty of stops along the way and at every location there was always something to learn about the country.
We were very happy with the tour guide and the company. It exceeded our expectations.

This was the second On The Go tours (SE Asia in 2015 and Turkey in September 2026) that we have taken. 5 stars both times. Well organized. Antena hotel in Istanbul recommended Utopian restaurant just around the corner from them. The view from the sixth flood was almost magical. Suhan 360 Seaport in Kusadasi had a spectacular view of the sea. Only rooms 310-315 (410-415) had the best view since there is angle to the hotel.

All the guides were good with Isik in Kusadasi being the very best. Good, easy to understand English and she was very knowledgeable about the whole area.

An Unforgettable Taj Express Tour – Highly Recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful time on the Taj Express Tour from 4–12 September 2026. From start to finish, the experience exceeded all expectations.

Our tour guide, Shailendra, was exceptional. His knowledge of India's history and culture was impressive, and he made every journey interesting and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make our trip special, including organising a surprise 60th birthday dinner with my friend for me. His warmth, professionalism and attention to detail made such a difference to our experience.

Our driver, Gagan, was equally fantastic. His driving was excellent, and he always made sure we were comfortable. He was so courteous offering his hand to assist us out of the bus every time. The luxury minibus was a wonderful surprise, with reclining leather seats, fantastic air conditioning and a fridge stocked with cold water. We were regularly provided with thoughtful stops for snacks along the way that were much appreciated.

The Taj Mahal was undoubtedly a highlight, and Shailendra even helped us capture some beautiful photographs and memories. The fascinating stepwell, the incredible Observatory and our stay at the Maharaja's property in Dholpur were also unforgettable. The beautiful marble bathrooms and unique surroundings made our accommodation feel truly luxurious.

Every aspect of the tour was well organised, and the hospitality we received throughout was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the genuine care shown by Shailendra and Gagan made this a truly memorable holiday.

I would highly recommend OTG Tours to anyone considering travelling to India. An amazing experience, wonderful people and memories I will treasure for years to come.

8 Day Rome, Florence & Venice

Our tour guide Enrico was very knowledgeable and professional. Diana Roof Top hotel in Rome was very nice and centrally located. Florence and Venice hotels were not good locations. Breakfasts were not great. Lunches were hit or miss.

The bus does NOT have a toilet. On The Go Tours website specifically lists an on board toilet for the bus transportation.

Our tour just ended and it was important for me to leave a review. Our tour guide was Omar. And our driver was Mustafa. Prior to our arrival in Marrakech, Omar contacted us to confirm our arrival time and remind us as to how to find our transportation from the airport. This was a very positive and comfortable start to our first visit to Morocco. Each day was of the tour began the day before with both a verbal and written reminder of the day’s program. Often Omar would repeat the program many times to ensure that our entire group was receiving the information. The tour ran perfectly according to a carefully crafted schedule. This was no small feat when our small group was a collective of savvy travellers and novice tourists. Omar was always very patient.
Our tour took us on a circuit from Marrakech to Casablanca and covered the dessert and several mountain ranges.
Omar had extensive knowledge that he could easily share about Morocco’s cultural, geographical, and religious histories as we went from interesting place to place. He is a happy and passionate Moroccan and his love for his country was contagious. I would come back to this country because I now appreciate it much more post tour.
Omar did much more than I would have expected. Examples were: waiting for the all clear post check in to make sure our rooms were comfortable and adequate, having left behind items couriered to our next stop, following our camel caravan on foot to take many videos and pics.
Because of Omar, I would use On The Go Tours again. Please ask for him as a guide.
And a big shout out to our driver Mustafa, who got us safely and very comfortably from place to place in our 2,000 km journey.

My husband and I had a great tour of Morocco with our wonderful tour guide Omar and our great driver Mustapha. Omar was a fountain of information about Morocco and kept us informed of everything we came across as we toured the country he loves, through Marrakech, Quartzazate, the Sahara (an absolute highlight of the tour), Fes, Rabat and back to Matrakech. Omar was efficient, even before we landed in Marrakesh, ensuring we werw aware of transfer details and he kept everybody informed throughout. He was a caring host, always ensuring our comfort and that everything was to our satisfaction. He even took time out to take me on a special trip in the Fes Medina to purchase additional oils. I still recall Omar running through the desert sand, making sure he managed to photograph everyone on their camel ride. The quad bike back from the desert was also.magical. thanks Omar and Mustapha (and the rest of our fellow travellers who were a great group) for a wonderful time in Morocco. Thanks all. What an absolutely wonderful time Morocco was. Nine days of unbelievable sites. Aziz our guide was amazing. His knowledge and insight about the Moroccan culture and history was extensive to say the least. Always interesting and often amazing. Hasan our driver moved us daily for nine days, and although I would never want to drive on the Moroccan roads (their traffic is crazy) we felt completely safe all the time.
A massive big thank you to On The Go Tours and particularly Aziz & Hasan for giving these two Australians memories that they will cherish for the rest of their lives.

We booked the 'Galapagos Islands Explorer' 7 days tour and it was incredible. We ended up with what was essentially a personal tour. With a representative that met us in Quito, who took us to the airport and then brought us back when we returned to the mainland.

In the Galapagos, we had a guide from the National Park who gave us a personal tour (Karina) and she was fantastic, ensuring we felt comfortable when trying activities for the first time (we are now huge snorkelling fans!). She was so knowledgeable, made a packed itinerary so easy to follow and also made the effort to capture pictures of us throughout so we had a record of memories.

The hotels that we were booked into were lovely, the meals that were provided while we were doing activities through the day were also lovely.

There wasn't much more we could have asked for and we were really impressed with the experience we had for the price we paid. The only issue is that we loved it so much that we will need to go back!

Quality of accommodations was excellent (with the exception of the Hotel Soundouss in Rabat where every key opened every door which didn’t make us feel very secure! Also some things were in a state of disrepair). Very impressed that this tour included 3 quality lunches & dinners (however would have liked them distributed throughout the 13 days instead of 3 consecutive days in the beginning). Delighted with all the guided events instead of mostly free time which we have experienced with some other tour companies. We also would have liked more time in Casablanca instead of 3 days in Essaouira free time at the end. Simply can’t impress enough how amazing our tour guide “Jaouad” and driver “Mustapha” were; taking care of our every need & requests! The long camel rides at sunset to our desert camp and at sunrise back to our breakfast hotel location were beyond expectations especially with the options of alternative transportation and accommodations at no extra cost! This is our fourth tour with “On the Go Tours” since 2018 and we have never been disappointed yet! It would be an added bonus if they had a loyalty program for repeat guests.

Hubby and I just did the 10 day Hanoi to Ho Chi Min tour and had a great time in Vietnam made easy with the On the Go Tour group and the best guide, Hung .
He was awesome with a fab sense of humour and made everyone’s trip smooth. He was very knowledgeable organised and fun.

We had an amazing group of people on the tour, made some fantastic friends and the best memories. ❤️

Absolutely fantastic experience! On the Go Moroccan bus tour was an unforgettable way to see the country. The itinerary was well organized, the scenery was incredible, and every stop offered something unique and memorable. Omar our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.

The bus was comfortable, everything ran smoothly, and we got to experience a wonderful mix of Morocco’s culture, history, landscapes, and local life. There were so many highlights along the way, and the trip was even better than I expected.

I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Morocco. A fantastic experience from beginning to end!

I did The Best of Morocco tour with Jaouad as our guide and Mustapha our driver. The best I can say is, if I was ever coming back to Morocco I would request both of them, they couldn’t possibly have taken better care of us. Jaouad was efficient, knowledgeable, kind and caring. He always seemed to be available to answer any query even after he left us late in the evening. He gave us great recommendations from where to eat to what and where to buy various items. He also had a wicked (good) sense of humour. Mustapha was an excellent driver and always seemed to manage to drop us right outside where we were going and pick us up exactly where we finished our visits to various places.
On The Go are getting a lot of things right. I loved that the tipping and entrance fees were all managed by Jaouad. The way the long drives were broken up with interesting visits to craft workshops, cooperatives etc was very welcome. The restaurants were top class without being top dollar. The city guides we met were excellent. We packed a lot in!
Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will look at On The Go tours when booking my next holiday.

We had a great time with On the Go Tours in Morocco. Well planned and we saw all the major sights. Hotels were varied, none unacceptable, just some were better than others. Our tour guide, Jamal, was tops. Knowledgeable, talkative and a great sense of humour - full marks to him as it made the tour better than anticipated. There were long days on the bus, some brutal, but Jamal broke up the journeys with coffee/toilet breaks plus sightseeing trips.

This review is for the ‘Fairy Tale journey through Germany’.
The people I met on this tour is what made my experience even better, moving as a team is key with large interchangeable tours of multiple languages. Pam from day one and Jay from day nine served as the best translators and guided information. Throughout our tour the hotels were clean and good daily breakfast variety.
Raymundo, our week long guide lacked important information during the totality of tour but friendly. Itinerary days with multiple stops, our free time was rushed to stay "on schedule". I rather have less stops and more free time. 'On the Go' used 'Europamundo' tours after our booking was confirmed and paid, which wasn't what was expected or wanted.

From start to finish this was a great tour. We were picked up from the airport 3 hours late by our guide Jaouad. He was pleasant, helpful, informative and always available. 100% to Jaouad 👏 We met our driver Mustapha the following day, a happy, easygoing person and a steady really safe driver. Our various accommodation/food was very nice and exceeded my expectations. We visited many Cooperatives/manufacturers eg leather, ceramics, rugs etc which were very interesting and unlike other tours there was NO pressure whatsoever to purchase anything. The tour was very comprehensive & informative. I could not recommend On the Go tours highly enough and this will be my first of many with them 👏

It was an amazing experience in Morocco, the guides in all parts of the cities were very knowledgeable and made the journey more interesting. Younes took care us from his heart.

The one star missing is for the hotels. Most were not very clean and some lacked towels, or aircondition not working properly. The one in Fes was the best.

Furthermore, the other star those dinner/lunch paid, there was enough meat/chicken for all of us. Not all the restaurants, but happened around two or three.
