I have 19 emails with this company due to product not arriving within the 7-10 business days. I am being told the items are in transit and I need to be patient. We are approaching day 17. This is an international company so you are not able to speak to anyone. The email communication is extremely frustrating. Please do NOT waste your time or money with this company.

This is a scam company. The product was cheap and I tried to return it. They sent a message offering me 25% refund or 40% credit. In order to get a 100% refund the item would need to be mailed to some address in China with tracking, which costs almost as much as the item itself. Very unscrupulous. Do not do business with them!

Bought a pair of slingback beach sandals, and the strap around the heels just doesn’t stay up! I don’t know how anyone could ever walk in these things. They would be really cute if only you could actually walk in them!! Don’t buy them!!!

WORSE company to buy any clothing from ever. I wanted to look for a dress on a specific site but they were all sold out so I did a reverse search by photo and their site showed up. When I received the product, the stitching and material was the worse I've seen in online orders. Worse than when Shein first came out but Shein is not this bad. From my own research, I think they copy a lot of other site's style and had their own sewing done. Forger returning the product, it cost MORE to send than the product itself. DO NOT buy from this company!!

***Their "positive" reviews looks fishy to me. It looks as if it was from fake accounts with fake reviews, just so they can get the ratings up. I usually don't write bad reviews but this is the WORSE company I've bought anything from.

The OliviaMark clothing item that I purchased was not what was pictured on their website. The print fabric in the photo looked woven but it actually was a sub standard rendition. It is a very cheap looking factory stamped print polyester. I requested a full refund. I paid for shipping it back but evidently deducting an extra bogus return fee from the customer keeps them in business. Please Don’t buy from this company…you will not get quality or professional customer service.

Buyer beware. I bought 2 tops. It took 2 months for them to arrive to me, they arrived separately. Both were supposed to be plus sized. They were not. The quality of the material was terrible it felt like stiff paper. When asking to return/refund I was told it would be too expensive to mail them back so the could offer me 40% store credit or 25% money back. They do not stand by their products and customer satisfaction is definitely not their priority

Olivia Mark is TERRIBLE....if I could give negative ZERO stars, I would. Customer service is a JOKE, basically non-existent! I placed an order on their website online on February 17th and after almost two weeks, I reached out trying to figure out where my order was. I was then provided with the tracking number, which is unlike anything I have ever seen before. After exchanging a couple of emails with one of their so-called customer service reps Eva, I kept getting the same response back repeatedly. They do not read the actual emails being sent, so do not ask any specific questions as they will not be answered. As other reviews state, they will say, "check your local carrier", but there is no way for you to do this as this information is NOT provided to the customer. I am now trying to return one of the items in my order, and as the website states under their return policy, send an email to start the return process and a response will be sent within 6 hours. I have yet to receive a response and I have sent three separate messages. This is utterly ridiculous; you cannot find a phone number for them although I suspect that if there was one it would be a joke just like trying to reach out to their support/customer service. I have tried reaching out thru their website as well as sending an email directly to support at olivia mark, but now I am not getting any response. The two sets I ordered are not that well-made and although I am keeping one and want to return the other, I will NEVER purchase anything from this HORRIBLE website ever again. In order to get your money back, you probably have to consult your bank and see if there is anything they can help you with because dealing with this scam of a company is a joke and waste of time. There are plenty other online boutique stores that are way better than wasting your time with Olivia Mark.

Total scam. Dress not like the photos and poorly constructed. The lace detail is different from photo. The fabric is super thin and cheap. Not worth the money.

Do not buy from this company. Style not as shown, quality is poor and they make it very hard to return. When I finally did return at my own expense, no refund was processed in the 27 days following. Not to mention the tags that they attached to the garments that must remain intact for return made some of the outfits impossible to try on. If I could give them a negative score, I would.

Such a scam. Ordered a suit and kept screenshots of my order summary (just something I always do). They sent a completely different product then refused to offer a full refund or accept a return. Buyer beware!

I ordered a jumpsuit from this company. At first it wasn’t even shipped until I emailed them and asked where it was. Once it finally arrived, it was nothing like the photo and didn’t fit. I asked to return it. They emailed back but gave me the run around. They wanted me to keep it and give me 20% refund. Ummm can I just have my money back? So eventually, they give me the address to send it back to. I pay for the return shipping. 3 weeks later, still no refund even though tracking says they’ve had it. I email AGAIN asking for the refund. They ask for the tracking number and then agree to the refund. They only gave a partial refund because the deduct shipping. But I paid shipping to return it and it was free shipping when I ordered it. They said it’s in their return policy. Never order from this company. It’s just a scam.

Do Not Purchase anything from this fraudulent company. I bought what I thought to be cute western style booties, but instead I received a cheap generic wanna be pair of booties. And they had the nerve to not want to credit all of your money back because they know their scammers. The US needs to crack down on these so called companies. I normally read the reviews before purchasing but for whatever reason I didn't. Thank goodness it was only $40 bucks I'm out of but $40 bucks could be a big sacrifice for someone else. Do not purchase anything from these people. For the reviews who claim they had a good experience, those are fake reviews written by the the website themselves. Keep your money for someone who isore reputable!!

This company is terrible! The fabric is cheap the quality is terrible and when you try to return the item because it’s itchy and poorly made they want to deny it and give you 40% store credit like I’d ever order from them again!!

Package never arrived. Zero support, I`m told it`s up to me to figure is out with MY local carrier service. Laughable. They chose the carrier, it`s their responsibility. BTW I live in a secure building with 24 hour guard and cameras. No deliver in the 48 hours around the "supposed" delivery time. I`m sure the package is in the bottom of some truck

Poor customer service. Refund policy is very misleading. They gave you an option of a 40% percent refund only for credit to their store or 25% back if you keep it.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Was very unsure of this website and I should've followed my intuition. Even the website is sketchy, all the pictures were so bad quality as if they were downloaded and stolen from a different website... Ordered two tops to see how the quality was, and it was horrible. The fabric was so cheap and the way it was cut was so terrible it looked like a child did it with crafting scissors. So overpriced and they look like they're trying to look ”designer” and unique with their designs but all their designs are stolen and come from cheaper Chinese online store such as ChicMe and stuff. Wanted to make a return and it was the sketchiest return process I've ever seen. There's no place to do it on the website or in your account (in fact I lost my account entirely when they implemented their new website making it impossible for me to return, but of course I only learned that AFTER I sent my return...) I had to do it by email and at first they offered to give me an in-store gift card worth 20% of my purchase?? No, I want full refund! Well guess what? After a couple of emails I was able to start the return process. I sent back my order, paid for the return and NEVER got a refund. Lost 96$, thanks Olivia Mark. Just stay away from this crap. How can they lose my tracking number and account so easily? What kind of scam company is this?

Stay away they do not honor the “easy return policy” and their website has become a nightmare to use. The last time I sent back cheap clothes to China🤮…I paid $60.00 to receive back my $120.00! They are a scam and do not buy from this company!

First and last order with Olivia Mark!

Company would not honor their return policy and accept low quality items back. Item received clearly was not the same item that their website displayed. One item was too large and they refused to refund instead offering options with 40% return and 25% return. Awful experience - save yourself the frustrations! See below from their customer service email when a return was requested:

We really want to help resolve this issue for you. According to our policy, if the size is not suitable, the product needs to be returned to us first. However, returning the product will incur return shipping costs, which may cause more losses for you and waste your valuable time. As customer service, within our authority, we can provide the following better solutions for you. Of course, if you ultimately decide to return the product, we will also accept it.

Option A
We will refund 40% as our shop credit for you with no
expiration date. You can use the gift card to buy other items you are interested in on our website.

Option B
You can keep the item and we will refund you 25% of the purchase price into your original payment method.

We are providing these two options to help you save on the shipping costs associated with returning the product and also to avoid the unnecessary hassle of returning it. At the same time, you can keep the product. If you truly don't want it, you can also give it as a gift to your family or friends. Alternatively, you can donate it to your local goodwill to help more people.
