This company sucks the clothe does not look like the picture. Cheap fabric and bad customer service. Just high prices. Horrible, Horrible.

I ordered something from this company over 2 months ago and it still says processing. I reached out via email due to no phone number attached and they offered me something completely different than the item I purchased! Please do not order form this site!

In a dispute with them now. They will not send return address for item they claim was a blouse but a Jacket. They also have items up on their site that are not available but then "offer" something "similar". Don't be fooled. Still waiting for return address to get my refund. BeWare, false advertisement and difficult communication.

Bought a pair of boots that were ridiculously small. Emailed them twice and it took almost a week for a response, just for them to tell me that they would only refund 25%of my money. What a joke.

Do not order from this site!! The dress I ordered took forever to arrive and didn’t look at all like the online picture! When I tried to return it, customer service took forever to respond and is now telling me I have to send a picture of the dress I received for their insurance?!? A scam site, do not buy!

I absolutely agree with the one star reviews posted. Return policy is non existent. No one returned emails as to the address to send my return. Absolutely avoid ordering from them. There are far better companies out there that honor their services.

I hate to even give it one star. I purchased a pair of shoes that came after three weeks. They were not leather and said they were. The size was labeled correctly but did not fit me were about a size and a half too big. Also the buckles on both of the shoes don’t clasp. I sent pictures and asked for a return and refund and they refuse. Horrible company stay away.

I ordered a dress that was beautiful. When I opened the package, the seems were not sewn together well and it was already like it had been stretched. It was not fitted well to my figure and I have been contacting customer service support many times since the 6th of Feb 2025 w/ out a single response. No number to call and I'm frustrated. It says that returns are only accepted once their customer service team has approved and have to be done within 14 days of receipt but how can one do this if NO ONE RESPONDS.

The company is falsely advertising “easy returns”. I tried to contact them to request a return due to the fact that the dress I purchased looked nothing like the picture on the website. They took a long time to reply to my messages and are now requesting pictures of the item to “provide a fair compensation plan”, instead of a return label, as requested. Will never purchase from them again.

purchased a pair of dress shoes from this company. upon receiving the shoes i discovered they were too wide for my feet so i decided to return them. Now i only purchase from a company that does return bc when purchasing on the internet you never know what the quality is or if it will fit. on this site it says return with no problem. well it has been nothing but problems since i have been trying to return the shoes. when you return you have to pay the shipping and handling so therefore you are paying twice for the shipping and handling, once when you purchase the item and then again if you have to return it. so they offered me to keep the shoes and get a credit from the store, their clothes don't grab my attention so i decided i would just get a few pieces of jewelry like necklace and earrings for everyday use. well if i do that i have to pay for the shipping on this and it is not included in my credit, so that is where the second shipping and handling fee comes in. i still have the shoes bc it is too much of a hassle to even get a credit. i would not buy from this company ever again and i don't recommend unless you are willing to lose whatever monies you put out.

this is a sad company without any morals.
bought 2 different sizes of the same overalls, yet i received 2 same size overalls even tho labels indicate 2 different sizes. after i provided photo evidence that it was same size w/ customer service, they did not respond back any further.
this business will probably collapse.

Awful colours and quality. Looks nothing like what you think you ordered. Only just started the return process so let’s see what happens!! I meant zero Stars!!

Scammers! All of the positive reviews are fabricated!! The clothes took over a month to come and are not what I ordered. When you ask for a refund, they tell you it's too expensive to return and you should keep it and they'll give you 15-25% of the money back! The pictures online and in videos are fake! You've been warned!

The item was such poor quality and the images didn't represent the color or quality. Their customer service is also poor. They don't have someone who can type English with proper grammar and they make it very difficult for you to return anything. They charge you back for initial shipping and make you ship the return with out a provided label.

I am NOT impressed with Olivia Mark. They are constantly running ads or sponsored posts for clothing items they DO NOT even have. I ordered one such item from their site as a Christmas gift and it was two weeks later when I contacted the company to see where my item was that they finally got around to letting me know they no longer had that item. Needless to say i had to scramble to order another gift from somewhere else and it was late. I still see ads for that item. False advertising, poor customer service, trashy clothes.

The blouse I ordered was completely different from the picture. The material was a cheap lace - not the pattern shown, the color was not as stated, and the facing kept turning inside out at the neckline. EXTREMELY poor quality. They told me they would give me a 40% credit or I could return it. However this shipping to China is $18. Then they said they'd give me 100% credit in my account less their shipping charges. I have not seen my credit yet.
My second item was a waist chain. The chain arrived broken. I am trying to get them to replace it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE.

I'm so impressed with the fit of the dress O ordered. It hugs my curves just right. and the fabric is stretchy but supportive.

order number 0372214408. i have been locked out. the amount is 35.98. due by 12/31/24. green sweater. i am not able to get in and find anything or get into olivia mark. please let me know what is going on your end. please respond.
