Very happy with my coffee table, high quality and very polite efficient delivery. Did have to wait quite a long time for it, but it was clear when I bought it that would be the case, so that hasn't impacted the rating.

- Contemporary Oak Furniture Ltd has filed a notice of intention to appoint an Administrator. It has not yet gone into administration but has dramatically reduced its operations. A buyer is being sought for the business; however, due to these uncertain circumstances all outstanding orders have been put on hold with immediate effect.

Same issue as previous reviews. Received a text yesterday to say today's delivery wouldn't happen. Phoned Oak Furniture Solutions and got the same automated message as I got from Go Logistics when I contacted them to find out what the delivery issue was. Therefore, not able to determine if I will get my item, or whether will need to claim via the credit card used for the purchase.
Avoid buying anything from the company until the issues are resolved.

I placed an order on the 6th January, and despite taking payment they have not been in contact via any platform to discuss. The website had a different phone number today and that isn't working either. I've tried phoning all numbers available, emailing, online chat ( perm. Offline) Facebook, pm and nothing despite them reading them..
I also looked at this site for reviews before purchasing too!!
Now have wait for month to get credit card company involved.

We have the same issue / concern - delivery cancelled and not been able to contact them. Their store is also saying it is closed, and you can't buy on-line so not looking promising

Delivery cancelled for tomorrow no reason nd cannot be contacted by phone ,are they still trading ?

Have bought a few pieces of furniture from this company and my experience is very good. We did have a problem with the delivery confusion over an item but I still score 5 stars as you can easily talk to a member of staff and the problem was sorted speedily and rectified. The items that are delivered are very well packaged together and care is always take with the items travelling in mind particularly as it looks like they use couriers to deliver, but I am impressed and so far no item has been damaged because of the careful packaging. The furniture itself is very well made and the pricing of goods meets the quality.

A good product, quickly delivered. However, the delivery company used were very poor. Dumped a large, heavy item just inside the door with no offer to help move it out òf the way so the item blocked the hallway. Refused my wife's request for help. Repeatedly called my wife by over familiar terms which she didn't appreciate

Really pleased with the furniture we have received so far. It appears to be of good quality and solid wood. Arrived in perfect condition but there was a lot of packaging to get rid of.

Awful, awful, awful company do not buy from this company ordered an item in Dec which was out of stock! Still waiting on a refund! Had to call the office to find out otherwise I would still be none the wiser! Have had to email and phone to fight to get my money back for an item that I was never going to receive! Asked to speak to a manager and was told that none were in the office today! Worst experience with a company! Not the man on the phones fault - the management should be ashamed … misleading consumers and then not refunding customers once they have chased is appalling! Will take my business elsewhere in future as will my family and friends now that they have heard the experience that I have received. Shame we aren’t able to rate this company zero stars!!

Ordered a pair of chair which estimated to arrive between 1 and 3 weeks. After 2 weeks, phoned them to confirm delivery date and the person said they will provide details on the 3rd week. To my surprise, a day later, received an email saying that the product has been discontinued. Really? Why the chairs are still available for sale on the website? Now, just wait to see how long will it take for them to refund.

really cleverly made wardrobe that was assembled inside 30minutes.. but definitely requires 2 people
