Great product came on time delivery man very helpful.

Excellent easy and efficient delivery exceeding expectations by delivering a day earlier than expected. The products were well packaged and the items were excellent quality and value for money.
My only observation was that during the payment transaction I was promised 10% extra discount for placing the order straight away, however, the payment transaction wouldn't allow this. I did contact your representative by phone and she was very professional and agreed to credit my card within 30 days. Hopefully this has now been done.

The ordering process was simple and delivery quick. I didn't read the small print and assumed that such a large order of heavy items would be delivered to the room rather than left on the ground floor. My fault, will order from a firm who deliver to the room next time. One item was slightly damaged which is disappointing. I think it has been returned before as the handles were attached whereas we had to attach the handles on the other items.

First class company and products would definitely use again

Ordering and delivery was al very straightforward. Very pleased with bench. Very well made and solid. Easy to put together and was very useful to seat extra guests at the dining room table on Christmas Day as well as doubling up as a coffee table to put nibbles on. Very pleased with purchase, especially with 20% discount.

Although very pleased with the furniture and service in the past our recent experience was disappointing.

Two pieces of furniture are not up to standard. One piece has rough areas on the surface. Another piece has odd looking areas of wood at each end. I know it states that the wood appearance differs but these look to have not been treated properly and really stand out.

When the furniture was delivered my husband had to help the delivery man carry a heavy piece quite a way from the van to the house as he did not use a sack barrow. But then refused to help my husband carry the piece up 7 stairs to the bedroom stating he doesn’t do stairs. So it still remains in our downstairs hallway.

the stuff is good and compared to their competitors, it's good. Problem is, the customer service sucks big time and you have to wait ages to actually get what you ordered and paid for delivered. The website lists things as "in stock", but they never are and what you thought would be delivered in under a week ends up 5 to 6 weeks and they just plain lie to you. A shame the market isn't more saturated, to prevent them getting away with treating you like dirt. If you really want it, be prepared to suffer in the process with these guys.
