I have an old Karcher 520M which is 24 years old and has been amazing never let me down once until last week it started squealing like a bearing has worn out so I looked for a replacement.

First I looked at the Karcher K5 because my old Karcher was so good, I borrowed my friends K5 which in reality is like a transformer toy in looks and quality the gun is gimmicky and will not last in my opinion and the hose winding is a joke it took me and the wife to hold the machine whilst it knackering me winding it in.

So I ordered a Nilfisk P180 yesterday from here: North west power washers.
I was kept informed how the order processed and it was delivered 1st thing this morning, over the weekend I spoke with them many times asking questions and even got a reply at 10PM Sunday night!!
I couldn't be more impressed with them, nothing was too much trouble.

Unboxing it was a dream to assemble just 1 screw and your done.

Using the PW 1st the cable is made from steel reinforced rubber and is so easy to unwind and wind back up, then the balance of the machine makes it so easy to manoeuvre, then for the best bit the power is unbelievable and also is fully adjustable I think I have won the lottery in power washers if the Karcher is £370 then this one should be over £500 it is that good in my opinion.

I visited the premises with a problem. The new Nilfisk handle did not appear to fit the old hose. The staff member fixed the problem of wear on the original hose end brass fitting in a moment and now everything is fine. That's product knowledge and beats my experience with a larger national supplier. They also stock the O rings which can be purchased individually. Excellent.

Spoke to Chris for advice on spare parts, needed to email a photo of the machine label for her to reference. Replied to the email within 15 minutes. Unfortunately could not source the parts as the machine is discontinued. Cannot fault the service, very helpful.

I asked for some advice about a Nilfisk pressure washer and received a quick reply. Ordered the necessary part on a Sunday but then emailed a query. To my surprise I received a very quick reply which meant I needed to add to my order. This they did very quickly with no extra postage charge.

I was having a problem with my Nilfisk 110.4 pressure washer. It was leaking serious amounts of water. I had contacted Nilfisk themselves but they were no help whatsoever - very bad customer after service. I was determined to sort the problem and after some trawling over the internet I came across North West Power Washers Limited. What a perfect example of helpful customer service. Even though It was a Sunday when I contacted them Chris replied immediately and after I sent her photographs of the problem she knew immediately what was needed. I ordered the parts as soon as they came into stock and they were received the very next day. My problem was solved and
I was able to use my pressure washer again. I cannot praise this Company enough.

I have a large area of brick paviours to clean and came to not like
pressure washers as a Karcher broke after one year of use. it was replaced with a Nilfisk (C135) which did not work very well from the start. I managed to make it do the job last year but had to “unblock”the jet frequently as the revolving pencil kept getting stuck.
When I started this year the same thing was happening. I did not stick with it but searched for a new one. The machine came from Machine Mart so I looked there. As they wanted about £30 I looked elsewhere and found NWPW who had one that looked likely to fit for a tenner. So I took a chance.
What a good decision. The jet that arrived has cleaned the whole area, removed all weeds and was sufficiently precise to have been controllable enough to clean areas near “delicate” items. Good old fashioned service which I shall have no hesitation in using again when needed.

North West Power Washers Ltd (NWPW) is the 'Go To' company for ANY power washer problem. We had a Nilfisk 140.3 pressure pulsing problem. Tried start stop valve re-greasing as recommended by NWPW in web article but no joy. Contacted Chris at NWPW and after simple checks to ensure good electrical supply and adequate water supply pressure, fault eventually traced to very slight blockage of outlet nozzle jet. NWPW were brilliant in both their responsiveness and generosity of time with no gain to themselves other than another very satisfied customer.
If you have a power washer problem, don't delay go to NWPW today!
