I had some problems with my Nilfisk pressure washer and need some parts to fix it, I received great information and links to the products I needed but also fast delivery and responses. Great company to deal with don't hesitate to use them.

My inlet hose valve broke on my jet washer and so after sending a picture to them, they helped me find the right part I needed. Great outfit who you can trust. No job was too small or too much trouble.

Excellent range of spares at a reasonable price. Quick delivery too.
My Power Base pressure washer must have been made by Nilfisk or certainly used the same motor. This was the only place I could find replacement brushes in a very niche cartridge at a reasonable price.

This is the second Nilflisk I have owned, my last one being the P150 which lasted many years. I didn't have the patio cleaner before but I am surprised how good it is and should have bought one years ago.

We have purchased a Nilfisk SC100 and have now owned it for 3 weeks. We have a rough natural stone floor and are very satisfied with the scrubbing results. I am embarrassed to see the dirty waste water.
We are from Belgium and found North West through Google search. Due to the good reviews and price, we decided to order from North West.
There were problems with the import taxes (Brexit), error by the courier company DPD, nevertheless all the export papers by North West were completely in order. The problem was 100% with DPD. Chris helped us great and professionally. Mail communication with Chris goes very smoothly.
Despite the problems with DPD, I will not hesitate to order back from North West in the future and recommend it to friends in Belgium.

Excellent support and advice
Having contacted Nilfisk direct and getting no response at all I found North West on a Google search. Connected up and had super support from Chris regarding parts required for fixing my pressure washer.
Good prices, prompt despatch and delivery. First class and highly recommend.

Best price on the unit i was looking for. Down to earth friendly service on the phone, with a timely callback to confirm availability / lead time.
We went for a Nilfisk semi industrial machine which could be purchased for delivery via courier on some sites. Big surprise though is that the owner of the business is coming to drop off and install the machine, to alleviate any future problems for us or himself. This is how we like to do our business too but its not the norm in this day and age

Ordered parts for a Nilfisk pressure washer. Great service and excellent price. I also returned to order additional parts, they were out of stock, however I received a very fast response to a query vial email followed by a change of status to allow me to pre-order. This is a very good company to deal with, highly recommended

Having made a decision on buying a Niflisk 180 .Phoned Northwest Power washers spoke to a representative who was very helpful and l might add with patience
Ordered the machine it arrived the next day .
Had a question regarding it it was answered with out any fuss .

I am very pleased with the service I recieved. This company was even better at supplying the part I wanted than the manufacturer of the product . There communication and promptness was excellent.

Phoned (30/11) re a problem I had with my Nilfisk P150 ,Christine was really helpful and suggested I stripped it down to see what was wrong and email her back with pictures. I got a call back from Steve the same day advising what was needed. It makes a change to have a Company that genuinely gives good service and free advice .I should hopefully be ordering the parts soon

Cracking company to deal with The Real McCoy parts, service is fast and slick. Order sent via courier to avoid the Royal Mail.

Excellent service from this company. Had a problem with a piece of accessory equipment not normally covered by warranty but North West Power Washers were happy to replace it as a goodwill gesture. You can’t argue with that level of customer service. Brilliant

Spoke to James who was very helpful with finding the problem of no fuel on Nilfisk Neptune 3. I would never had found the issue without his help. Also very helpful with instructions on removal of the blown burner coil. Also a mention to Chris, she is a very nice helpful jolly lady, which is always nice. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Chris helped me work out what part I needed for my Nilfisk pressure washer, so proceeded to place order. I then sent some pictures of my machine and upon review, James rang me back to advise that there were more underlying issues and would not be cost effective to replace. Order was duly cancelled. Saved me a lot of time and effort by reaching out to me.
