ordered the customized guitar pics with spotify code. colors were dull and photo was blurry. the spotify code did not work. They did not want to offer a refund. Finally offered to replace. I paid for expedited shipping and it’s been a month and the replacement product has never arrived.

My first order with this company a year ago went well so I thought I could trust them. I made a new order a month before I had to leave to the airport. I sent a perfectly visible photo but somehow they make my face in the photo very dark and barely visible of any features. They sent a preview photo and sent a response of how bad it looked but apparently they didn’t listen because 8 days later I got it in the mail and my face was completely inked out, even worse then the preview photo. What’s the point of gifting this to someone of them and a black blob? Anyone working on it would be able to look down and say I should retry because it looks horrible. They only could give half my money back but I was forced to reorder and basically had to draw it out for them. I paid a ridiculous amount for the fastest shipping they had… 11 days later it’s still not here and this customer service lady I’ve been emailing is apparently a robot with no understanding of my situation because I can’t get any real help out of her and had to repeat myself multiple times. I showed my friends and family and they too are baffled at my situation. I tried contacting the delivery service but no one will respond. I hate to be that person and I’m not even exaggerating but I’m very upset with this company, I thought I could trust them to do their job.

False advertising. It has taken several weeks for shipping and the item still has not arrived. Poor communication and no where do they say it’s coming from overseas. Total scam!

Absolutely shocking! I paid over $50 for my product for it to come scratched and basically cannot give this as a gift as it’s appalling.
The scratches were under the cover slips and not to mention their customer service is terrible. They keep changing their offerings- firstly offering a %30 discount, then 10%, then %30 and now %50 once again.
They don’t go by their websites terms and conditions which state they offer a full refund if the product is faulty and or damaged.
Would not recommend!

Product was terrible quality and different to photos, would not accept this no refund given. Also tried posting a review but when click post it just says 0 reviews. Think this may be a scam website

I ordered something from this site for Christmas but mistakenly did not put my apt # on the address. My shipment was then returned to the company without notification. I emailed them asking for a refund since shipping takes forever and wouldn't get here in time. They then told me I was unable to receive a refund and they would charge me extra once the package is returned to them to ship it out again! Absolutely crazy! They also do not have any way to call and contact them. It's all through email and they have not told me how much I will be charged to receive a package I no longer want. Terrible company who does not care about customers.

The wallet came out nice. Would have give 5 stars but took 2 weeks longer to receive than stated. Other than the delivery, im very satified.

This company is a huge scam. Please be warned and do not purchase from the shop.

Having ordered a photo wallet prior to reading the negative reviews, I was instantly concerned! I needn't have been. I immediately emailed the company regards my concerns and received a reply almost instantly. Not a generic email either but a genuine reply answering my concerns and queries.

My main issue was that the work is out sourced to China and I they couldn't guarantee delivery for the date I needed the wallet, which was 3 weeks from ordering.

After 3 emails back and forth, all of which were answered straightaway, they arranged for my product to be expedited and I received it today 4 days prior to my cut off date. I'm over the moon with the product quality.

I would say if you are going to order from this company then expect to wait for your product longer than you think. Do contact them, they are very helpful.

Shipping took a week longer than they said and once I received the wallet it was poor quality and wallet and picture. I put a well lighted picture and the person looked like they were wearing a mask. They would only refund 15% even though it was trash and they agreed it was bad. Nothing like the pictures on the website.

I ordered a photo wallet for my husband for Father's day. Image was barely visible! Contacted customer service and they said "that's how our printing works" and offered 15% back. I told them unacceptable and I wouldn't even give that as a gift. So they offered to charge me MORE money to replace it. They messed up and want to charge ME more!? Absolutely NOT! Would not recommend.

Order arrived but was faulty and of poor quality. Can’t really complain for the price.

Contacted customer services and got a speedy reply. Sent evidence but then didn’t hear back.

I ordered few things from them as Christmas presents, on the site was said it will arrive before Christmas but I did not received yet. I'm very disappointed 😞

I ordered a wallet for my father with a picture of him and my daughter. It arrived and looked nothing like all their advertised items. My father didn't look human and both of them were unrecognizable and distorted. I contacted the company to explain that the quality of work they did was nothing like how they advertise and I want my money back. They blamed their shoddy work on the quality of the photo! The photo was fine other than the hand in one spot was a little blurry. That was not the issue. The issue is they are fraudulent and the way they engrave lacks detail and does not resemble the photos you provide. (And by the way at no point do they provide you a preview of how it's going to look prior to the engraving or shipping. That is problematic and suspect right there.) They would not give me my money back and wanted me to have it redone and to pay additional shipping! LMAO contacted my credit card company and they thankfully have my back. To avoid this mess, do not give these scammers your business!

Ordered 4 wallets. Pics on the wallet turned out nice. Happy with product. Got email updates of shipping—I even emailed them and they emailed me back immediately with USPS shipping tracking number. It was about a two week wait for order delivery which is wonderful.

I bought my mother a wallet for a gift, picture wasn’t anything like the one I provided, asked for refund they said no because of their manufacture process.

Absolutely disgusted. 😡

Purchased photo moon lamp for £24.99. It was a pic of my sister and her husband who recently passed away aged 56, so I thought what a lovely memory for her, well arrived today and was almost in tears it’s the smallest cheapest pile of crap I’ve ever purchased. It doesn’t work looks nothing like what was advertised. I feel they have totally scammed and misled me and countless other people. These people have no shame when it comes to a pound note. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU WANT TO BE TOTALLY SCAMMED AND DISAPPOINTED. WISHED I HAD READ REVIEWS FIRST (lesson learned)

I am absolutely disgusted with this company, I ordered my daughters father a wallet from them for is 40th birthday thinking what a fantastic gift it would be to have a memory to carry round with him only to receive the wallet and the picture is hardly printed, the outline is non existent and really bad quality! I emailed the customer service and sent pictures saying there must of been a miss print and all I got back was it looked fine to them and they wouldn’t help me any further!! Don't ever use this company they use false advertising with a colour image used on their website but when they emailed me back they said a colour image is hard to copy!!
