I had a very positive experience with the interview process at TalentPop. The process was very smooth, and the team was accommodating throughout each step.

I saw a post for an e-commerce assistant. They state do you agree with the pay of 3$ per hour as we stated in the listing. Well guess what they didnt state anythings! Also they want you to write ESE few questions 500+ words.

Time Wasters
TalentPop wasted my time. They promised 3–4 client pairing opportunities daily, but in 3 months I only received about 15–20 total. I completed their training and onboarding, and now they’re removing me from the candidate list. Zero transparency, slow process, and misleading expectations. Don’t rely on this platform for steady work.
Account Issues
Poor service and responses. Each time I try to log in, I’m automatically redirected to the TalentPop assessment platform, and it still shows that my previous results are being revealed.
Since the 90-day waiting period has already passed, I should be able to start a new application, but the system will not allow me to proceed.
Terrible Customer Service, why would I hire that?
This company keeps spamming me and bringing up 1 single poor Turstpilot review we have. They tell me to get back to the person and how we must need help since we can't respond to customers.

Any company that deliberately uses marketing methods like this can not be trusted to offer good customer support.
Spam Company That Violates CAN-SPAM Laws
They are spammers that target small businesses. Over the last year they've sent these scammy emails pretending to be a new customer but instead it is a bait and switch. When you reply they then tell you how they would have purchased if you would have emailed them sooner and you should use their service for customer service. If you get these emails from them this is in direct violation to CAN-SPAM laws and they can be fined up to $50,000 per email. I have attached the emails. REPORT THEM!! I reporting them and attaching these emails to every place I can.
