My order arrived significantly later than promised, and when it finally turned up, the product was nothing like what was advertised or what I expected to receive.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the response from customer service. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a refund, I was simply told, “Sorry it’s not what you expected,” and then offered a discount on a future order instead. Expecting a customer to spend more money after receiving a product that doesn’t match what was advertised is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you’re considering ordering from them, be aware that the product you receive may not match your expectations, and if something goes wrong, don’t expect a satisfactory resolution.

I ordered plush versions of characters from a children’s book u have written. The advertisement shows 3D plush versions of drawings. This is what I was expecting. However was I got was pictures printed onto a pillow. At no time did the company state they were unable to produce what I had requested. False advertisement. Do not recommend at all. Requested a refund and was told they cannot do 3D at this time and would over me 30% refund as a “gesture of sincerity”. But I have no use for these products and they cost $250 CAD!!

I ordered a blanket as a gift for my neice. Clearly statedsit comes with markers. I chose not to add on the additional acrylic paint markers as the smell would irritate my niece's chest as she has respiratory issues. Although the product description says "

Cute Animals" they didn't send any markers.

When I complained to them, this was their response "To be absolutely clear: the only marker product we offer for this blanket is the 24 Colors Acrylic Paint Markers. There is no separate “regular” marker set. The “additional fee” you saw at checkout is for these same acrylic paint markers – they are not an upgrade, they are the markers themselves. They are included in your order only if you select and pay for them."

The delivery was also very late.

Absolute scam. The website shows a 4.3 star trust pilot rating. The item has turned up looking like it was made by one of my kids. The quality is poor. I ordered a “ poke dad” card in a protective case and it turned up NOT IN the case, and is bent and crumpled. With damage to the edge of the case. How does that make sense. Had to put the item together myself.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible company do not order from them. The information they provide is inconsistent and misleading. I was notified that my delivery was on its way before it had even finished production. Then it was marked as delivered, despite no delivery attempt being made, no photo confirmation, and no parcel received.
There has been no response from the delivery company, and “My Photo Wallet UK” keeps sending me back to YODEL instead of taking responsibility. They’ve taken my money and failed to deliver the goods.
What makes this even worse is that I’m currently grieving the loss of my childhood best friend. During such an emotional time, this company has added unnecessary stress and upset. Instead of helping, they have repeatedly redirected me back to YODEL even after I explained that I’d already contacted them and received no response forcing me to chase in circles.
An absolute disgrace. Do not order from this company.

UPDATE:The package was received by my son and he was pleased with it. The address was correct according to USPS. The package was stuck to another package😂

I purchased a picture cube for Father’s Day. I placed the order on June 3, 2026. I have tracked this order everyday on the international site and USPS. Once the package made it to the U.S., the international site states it is arriving but will be late. Tracking number for USPS states it’s in transit. I received a text message at 4:20 am stating to check my email because the delivery attempt failed. I checked my email and it states the address is wrong. Of course it’s Sunday, but I sent a message to photowallet. I’m waiting for a response. I will update this post when I get a response.

I had a replacement sent cos the first time got damaged in transit .
I got hold of the company and had a quick response they dealt with it quickly and kept me updated received my second one all in tact and really happy with my product.
would use again .

The photo of my late wife on a cushion was supposed to be 3d but it is nothing like it and it has saddened me as it cost me £50 and it is nothing like her.so don't waste your money as they do not give refunds.they should be shut down or investigated

This is a complete scam , I bought a gift for Valentine’s Day a month before Valentine’s Day so I can have it before the date ; they don’t care and use a shipping company that I never heard of , I email and complaint that I never received my order today is 2/19/26 and they keep saying to call the shipping company which have you talking to a AI and hang up on me several times, I already take the loss I hope they enjoy my money , ( STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE )

I orderd golden record 4 diffrent photos. I got 2 same records and 2 verry broken! Really disaponting!

If I could give a minus score I would, advert for item I bought was deceiving, showed nice presentation box but when item arrived it was in a plastic bag wrapped in a little bubble wrap, item arrived completely smashed & unusable,item also looked very cheap although the price did not reflect this,when i connected customer service with picture of damage, they tried to offer me a 50% refund, obviously I refused this & eventually they agreed to full refund, at this time I have not received this so we shall see.

Don't purchase from this company. My item (personalised musical framed photo) arrived badly damaged, unfinished as it came without a back to it, no front glass or plastic covering frame & not in a nice (protected) box as advertised in their online video advert . Front photo image was torn & sound/ battery element torn off the item. Very unacceptable that it came in a flimsy package without hard protection.
Total cost £27.50p
I eventually managed to get a partial £20.85p refund except for the £6.65p cost of postage. I was just so annoyed I just agreed their refund offer so that I didn't need to deal with them ever again.

The product is cheap looking, doesn't look as good as advertised & not packaged with any care by the company ( I don't blame the delivery company for the damage I blame employees at "My Photo Wallet" for the unacceptable way it was packed & made)

My order said it was delivered. It was not. I checked at my front door, mailbox, even asked neighbors and I live alone so no one here got it. I contacted My Photo Wallet and they keep saying they don't know where it is! I checked all carriers and none of them have records of my order!!

I received my item and it was not what I expected. It was supposed to have a photo on the full cover of the wallet and it was the bottom half of the wallet when I inquired about this about a refund or what I should do about the problem they gave me a $4.31 refund which is a joke. Do not buy from these people you will not be satisfied.

J’avais commande une photo personnalisée « cartoon » sur bois afin d’offrir à des amis.
La photo originale était débordante de vie et j’avais demandé le retrait de l’arrière plan.
Ils m’avaient envoyé des drafts sur lesquels je demandais des modifications qu’ils n’ont jamais respectées et sans mon consentement ont mis en production l commande.
Il en est ressorti une photo d’une tristesse infinie et des visages méconnaissables.
J’ai préféré jeter leur cadeau de Noël.

Après de nombreux échanges, j’ai pu récupérer une partie du montant déboursé

I ordered custom reels for a viewfinder for my daughter. The reels that were delivered were too thick to be used in the viewfinder, so they were completely useless. I tried to post a review on the actual product page but clearly they only allow for positive reviews. Very disappointed.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is cheaply made and plastic, looks nothing like the photo. I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift, and it cost over $60 with shipping. I ordered a photo gift that depicted a strand of photos around a Christmas tree. It looks like metal inside and a glass dome. It was a strand of poor quality photos on paper, unprofessionally laid around the cheap tree, plastic dome, and words were printed spaced incorrectly. Customer service offered me $12. Scam.

I have ordered from photo wallet before but this will be the last time. The wallet is very cheap. The personalization is incorrect and the photo is hardly visible. The wallet came from China and arrived after Christmas. Very disappointed.

BE AWARE, TWO IDENTICAL SITES UNDER ".CO.UK AND .COM".

Purchased a Mini Music Record Player which was supposed to be a special gift for my grandmother. It is a sensitive time and wanted this to bring some joy.

It arrived unusable. The other one I purchased works, albeit quite tacky.

In addition, a keychain I purchased is very poor quality. It is very dark and looks cheap.

Considering I spent £58.75 I expected a lot better.

Trying to get through to customer services doesn't work. The instructions on the website are clearly outdated because the said options aren't available. So I am left with a product that doesn't work, I cannot give to my grandmother and I cannot get through to anyone to discuss.

I would not recommend this company.

Shipping is expensive and from China, so don't waste your time as it won't arrive on time.
