I ordered 3 cables for my mower and was advised all in stock. 2 out of the 3 arrived. The third however did not. I’ve contacted several times and was told it was lost in the post and is now out of stock. I have requested a refund and nobody has responded to that request and it still remains outstanding from May.

I couldn’t find what I was looking for but when I asked for help it was immediate and pointed me straight to the product. I then ordered it and it was delivered within the next 2 days. Overall service was excellent.

Very efficient service, good price

I ordered 6 parts, but because 2 parts were on back-order, 4 were delivered initially. One of these, a self retaining washer, although ordered from the exploded diagram and parts list on their website, was of an incorrect diameter. When the final and most critical part, a Retaining Plate, was delivered, it too was incorrect.

I asked by eMail how to return the parts because the critical part was incorrect and made the other parts useless to me. I was ignored for 3 eMails sent over the next 2 weeks - until I threatened them with Trading Standards. Then I got a call from an individual who had clearly not bothered to read any of the correspondence explaining the situation. After being very brusque and blunt with me for over 15 minutes I finally got him to understand that I just wanted to return the parts for a refund.

I returned 5 of the 6 parts because I had managed to lose one of them, a small PTFE washer (£3).

Almost 4 weeks later I demanded to know where my refund was. This was then attended to but, overall, I lost £10 of my original payment for "restocking" plus the missing part and, of course, got no refund of my postage costs for returning the useless parts.

I now use their website to identify the correct part numbers and then buy them elsewhere, cheaper.
