Really bad.The part broke straigh away
Really bad.The part broke straight away. Now contemplating whether to try again or just get a new shredder!
As we all know, the same machine is re-badged by several companies including Cobra, Handy, Macalister etc. and the inlet baffle for these machines is identical. The part was not incorrectly fitted as I informed you over the phone; I am a trained engineer. How could you possibly know it was incorrectly fitted when you have never seen the part or my machine?!! Anyway off to try customer service elsewhere.

Belt arrived promptly and so could be installed without overly delaying my replacement of the transmission cable. Good to be able to order the knobs at the same time, to replace one that had been damaged during mowing.
