Still waiting for my order to be delivered.
Upset that firm I bought my baby things from, is not there for my grandchildren. The quality was always good.

On-line order not received, no communication. No way of checking the order and they’re asking for feedback on my delivery..... 🤦‍♀️

So easy to use on line click & collect was ready with my goods within 24hours . The staff at Aintree were extremely helpful and polite.The items I’d ordered where good quality and great value for money as always

Items ordered on 01.11.2019, should have arrived on 09.11.2019 at Bluewater store. No sign as yet and no messages indicating how long I’ll have to wait. No answer from Bluewater store when I telephoned today. Come on Mothercare Administrators step up to help the remainder of poor staff and existing customers.

Have ordered a travel cot was told to collect last Thursday. Got there no travel cot. Was told changed delivery company and would take a few more days . Still no contact from the Southampton store as to when I will receive this. As I've paid up front I wonder will I actually get this as they have now gone into administration?? Not happy!!!

Very bad service I payed home delivery charge but still no clue of my shopping where about it is ?????? Also I foned them no one picks up the fone

I’m still waiting for my order, I’ve been sent an email asking for a review on the order I haven’t received, I’m a little concerned that I might not get this order, the money has already been taken out of my account!!

Still waiting to receive my order after more than a week. No email yet to say it's been despatched!

I reported a faulty car seat last monday and requested a new replacement, organised for the faulty one to be picked up the next day, 1 week later and still not been picked up nor have I received the new one, unhappy customer as I have not been able to go out in the car with my daughter as I have no car seat!!

Still not received my order, wchich was placed days before the announcement that the company was in trouble. I think it is insincere of businesses to continue to take orders when they know they're about to go to the walll

Website was quicker than previously. Can't comment on products I have bought and wonder whether I will ever receive now company is in administration.

Well I normally am really pleased with ordering online from Mothercare and get an email when my items can be collected , but not this time😣😣. I placed an order last Sunday 3rd November for delivery on the 7th and paid for it online. I am still awaiting to hear when I can collect my order as it was a birthday present which has now gone😡😡. A very disgruntled and unhappy customer this time.

I share in your difficult times but I am being asked for feedback on order I am still waiting to receive!

I bought an item of the mothercare website the day before the announcement about going into administration was published.. a week later still no item even when it said it would be ready by the 7th November. Money has already been taken out of my account..

I have paid the item online. It says on the email that it is available for collection already on the 6th of November at Hayes branch. Went to mothercare Hayes, they said they dont have the item. Tried to call customer service, noone answered. Worst it they already removed the money from my debit card.

I have paid for a item from mothercare on line and havnt heard anything what can I do
