I have written to Moniker several times over the past year requesting legal support to get personal information which I did not authorize removed from a domain with which they are affiliated and from whom they received revenue. My information was harvested without my consent or knowledge and there is no one who is willing to help do the right thing or even provide me with a number to get the job done. No follow through. WEAK!

We neglected renewing our domain, which is an ecommerce and therefore uptime is crucial.
Mayhem ensued.

I had mistakenly let a domain expire
I mistakenly let a domain expire and it had been deleted from my account. The support team got it imported back into my account so I could renew it - with no extra charges. Very Pleased.

Moniker is excellent! Top-class service, Nice people, Great prices, Useful features
Moniker is excellent!
I've been using them for many years, and their support staff can't be beat!
At some other registrars I've tried, the support reps have to go lookup info or sometimes give mixed-up info (different than even their own support pages say). And at huge registrars, they have different departments for different issues, and you have to get transferred around to different reps.
But at Moniker, they're a good size but not huge (although I see they have a huge parent company, so you still get that stability), and the reps are simply very knowledgeable & know what the answer is or how to do procedures. And very nice people to deal with too.
Their expertise has been very helpful for me before when I accidentally made a mistake when doing something in the control panel and wasn't sure how to fix the issue, so I really appreciate that (and why I'm being thorough in my review so that people know the excellent service they provide!).
They're also very fast in replying to emails (just a matter of minutes, not hours). And if you phone, you can talk with someone after a few rings... compared to having to listen to a menu, select an option, and then wait on hold.
The free email and web site forwarding (included with a domain purchase/renewal) are really useful features too. And I've seen other tools in the control panel that I haven't even tried yet.
The support hours aren't 24/7, but it's most hours, and quality over quantity. Plus, the control panel lets you do most things yourself. And their support wiki has a lot of answers too.
And the prices are very good, and even better with the bulk discount if you have 20+ domains.
So yeah, easily 5/5!
