Simplifying the Stressfully Complex
Some time ago I had set a password locking one of my domains. Today I went to unlock it and ran into some technical difficulties, probably because I had set the password.
Ivan worked with me to straighten things out. Everything was resolved the same day, even for a refund of an errant transaction that occurred while the unlocked domain was being re-associated with the auto-renewal system.
This transaction could have been protracted over several days with a less respondent registrar. Thanks everyone for making this painless and simple.

Great Tech Help
Without Moniker's tech help, my site still wouldn't be up and running. WordPress' tech help was useless and Elegant Themes kept referring me back to Moniker for help. I shouldn't have wasted my time with them and simply called Moniker from the beginning.

Hosting Website that is Permitted to Display False Information that Does Not Match Public Records
They are hosting a website that is displaying my personal address rather than my business address. This is inaccurate information that does not match public records, and it concerns me for my safety. When I contacted Moniker to alert them to this, they seemed unconcerned that the website has an unmanned email and phone number. However, my greatest concern is that they are hosting a website that displays false information that does not match public records, and yet they do not seem to hold the website accountable for this.

Great experience so far
I haven't used Moniker for several years, but I recently came back to check out the site, and I am very impressed!
The user interface is excellent and very fast, and the way you can organize and search your domains is superb.
The number of extensions is fantastic, and prices are among the lowest for ccTLDs I have seen.
I also love the Portfolio Lock for maximum security.
If you are a domain investor, I recommend that you give Moniker a chance. It may not be the biggest registrar out there, but they provide an excellent experience for people with larger portfolios.

Moniker Customer Service is poor and…
Moniker Customer Service is poor and their help files are worse. It took 45 minutes to figure out how to update DKIM in the DNS for use with a email automation service. And then when we started getting errors that a client's email service is using an older system of rDNS checks their answer was basically we don't support the old PTR DNS entry, get your client to update their email service. The only good thing here is that I am using the system to support a client ... and based on what I have learned over the last year I now know that I will NEVER use it, so at least there was a valuable lesson learned.

Moniker had been my GOTO provider but ...
Moniker had been my go to provider for domain name services. With the recent switch to cPanel hosting they have removed simple services like email hosting which I use to support small clients. At $12 or so a year, that was very affordable. Now, they've jumped to a monthly fee for services (min $48/year) that are far more than what my clients want or need. So it's time to look for another DN services provider.
