I cant log in to my account and since yesterday iv been trying to contact you to fix the problem. I did the Yoti verification more than 8 hours ago... no one contacted me and still i cant log in!!!!

These guys are always great. I think Moniker has been my go to place for web domains for over 7 years, maybe even 10 years. I am SO So so glad that I found them when I did years ago. They are still AWESOME. Tech-support is at a level much much higher than average. And they still have reasonable prices. What a great combination.

Only one thing I can say. The tech support knows what they're doing.

Dear Moniker Abuse Team, why provide an abuse email address if you won’t assist?

I’ve submitted a copyright infringement complaint to your abuse email address, as listed for reporting issues with domains you register, regarding unauthorized use of my copyrighted content on a domain under your management. Your response was that it’s beyond your control as a registrar, leaving me without help. If Moniker won’t act on complaints sent to your abuse email, why do you provide it and ask people to use it? Is this just a formality to cover yourselves under ICANN or other obligations, rather than a genuine avenue for resolving issues like mine?

Please explain your process clearly—why have an abuse email if it doesn’t lead to action? I’d also like to know what Moniker can do when hosting providers and website owners ignore valid infringement reports, as I’m stuck despite following your reporting steps.

I've had Moniker for well over 2 years and they are consistent with their fantastic support. Every single time I've had to contact them, they were able to resolve my issues on the same call or chat. Additionally, their prices are very fair for domains whereas they don't try to reel you in with a really low price for the first year. They just give you the best deal that includes the domain, services, and support all in one package without nickeling-and-diming anyone.

Our organization has been with Moniker for 20 years and their service record is perfect. We have maintained an average of 100 domains with Moniker. Their fees have always been excellent. There have been no problems with their systems and support has always been very good.

Kept raising prices with no benefit to the client.

Moving my names to Cloudfare which is cheaper.

He gave me perfect answer which has all information and then give me a recommendation which is very good.

I needed technical help after normal business hours to make some changes in my domain settings. Took advantage of Moniker's chat function and their Representative did an excellent job to walk a novice through the steps. This was best in class service!

I have had a range of domains registered by this company for many years, and have continually received emails regarding upcoming renewals. In general, I have had all domains set to auto-renew, which was reflected in the renewal notifications. However, a range of domains I've had through many years, were not renewed as notified, and no warning of deletion was received. Suddenly, I just saw that the domains were gone from my registrations. I tried to reach their support - to no avail. I am now going to move all my remaining domains to a more reliable provider, and will NEVER use this company again!

The best registrar for domain portfolio holders. I have used them for years. I was unhappy a while back after its acquisition and moved my portfolio to a registrar in the Cayman Islands, but then they were acquired too, and the big daddy of registrars doubled the pricing and made it less domineer-friendly. In the meantime Moniker got its act together. They made their pricing more competitive too. So I moved my portfolio back, and am quite happy with their service.
