I’m so pleased with my Mixergy tank. I also get to use excess solar energy to heat my water for free and I’m not using any fossil fuels either, win win. The company are great to communicate with too and have amazing staff.

I have found the technical service superb. We had some wiring issues as we have multiple zones but these were quickly resolved. I find the tank works well and switches seamlessly between energy sources.The energy stats and visibility is superb. Great product

It’s been brilliant! Had it installed about 15 months ago by British Gas who suggested it. Our direct debit was reduced after two months. It’s on automatic and I’ve no idea how it does it all, I’m just happy it does!

I have had my mixergy tank for 12 months and had installed and linked to my solar, batteries and ASHP. The installation and connectivity was seamless and the best decision we made. A great product. Last week I somehow managed to remove my settings from my APP and could not remember my optimum settings. A call to the help line and my system was restored within minutes. A great customer service experience.

Fantastic service we had an issue at 16.30 on a Wednesday evening we were called back and a new part was going to be installed the following day at 10:00 am. The plumber had been contacted and confirmed with us within an hour. Amazing!

I have three Mixergy cylinders in my house. They are fantastic and have collectively saved 7.156 mw by being filled up with solar produced electricity. A log boiler provides the default heat when necessary. Annual solar saving last year was 3.179 mw. The speed of refill is very impressive as is the supply of hot water even when there is only 2% useful hot water in the tank.

We had a mixergy cylinder installed in 2022 and early in 2023 it developed a fault with the thermostat.

I called Mixergy and got to speak to a human straight away. Mixergy were extremely helpful in diagnosing the fault and when they decided that it could not be fixed arranged a replacement cylinder which was delivered and installed within a fortnight.

I cannot fault their responsiveness and attitude.

I've had two support experiences thus far with Mixergy:

The first experience was when they helped manage the system settings remotely and since then, the system has been wonderful and uses very little power to heat our tank!

The second experience, just now, was getting help from Ben and Ryan who through a preliminary diagnostic video call and then a site visit helped determine the cause of the problem that prevented the tank from working. The problem I was having had nothing to do with Mixergy at all, but their help and cheerful support in sorting the problems was wonderful.

It's one thing to buy a great product, but great business are also defined by the support they give to their customers. Mixergy delivered beyond the call of duty.

120 ltr slimline tank fitted December 2022. I must admit that I was a little bit apprehensive as to whether I had made the right decision, but everything has worked well up to now. The holiday feature works well, the only exception was that the app reverted to learning mode, so had to heat on full rate electricity, might be worth getting this rectified, update for the future.

We had a boiler breakdown over New Year weekend but our Mixergy tank wouldn't switch from gas to electric when I changed the relevant setting in the app. Even though it was New Year's Eve when I escalated the issue to the OOH number, I got a call back within minutes and the engineer was able to talk me through how to fix the issue which was caused by an incorrect installation, not Mixergy's fault at all. Greatness for my houseful of guests as we now had hot water!! Great product and great support - super pleased I went down the Mixergy route!

Within weeks of having my MIXERGY tank installed nearly four years ago I was congratulating myself on my astuteness. Here was a miracle of modern technology that allowed me at any time remotely from my phone to heat up in a few minutes as little or as much water as I required …. just 20% of the tank capacity for a one person shower or the whole tank for baths for the whole family. Moreover, I could also do this automatically using a 7-day timed schedule.
That was then. Imagine how happy I am now. With gas prices so high and still climbing, I have almost perfect control of usage and my last bill reflected the huge savings I have made. It is gratifying, too, that my MIXERGY is helping me reduce my use of carbon fuels.
So much for the product. The technical support people behind it are terrific. They are courteous and attentive whenever I have a problem or a need for information and they actually do call back when they say they will! Would that other firms served their customers so well!

I did a lot of research before replacing my old vented system with an unvented 180 ltr Mixergy tank. This was installed by Elements Heating in Brackley, and the install went flawlessly. Before purchasing I spoke to Pete and the team at Mixergy and they advised me on the best tank to buy.
The work was only completed 6 days ago, but already I am saving about 40% per day compared to the old immersion heater, as I only need to heat about 35% of the tank per day, and the bonus is that I can use the gas boiler to heat the water which I could not do before.
I am pleased that I can add solar or heat pump in the future without throwing away my tank and starting again.

Second time leaving a review. After my first review months ago about the Ai not really being that intelligent and getting a call begging for me to change how many stars I left now I am leaving another negative. Pump is chirping like a grasshopper! This has been replaced once and now we are being ignored when advising it is happening again! Our tank is on the landing between 2 bedrooms and can be heard when the system is running! I’ll not be changing my stars this time!

We ordered a 250 L tank from Mixergy on Mon 21st. My delivery date was 19th of Dec. I spoke to Connie at customer service and explained that we have changed the entire system, currently don’t have hot water and heating as the old tank won’t work with the new boiler, we also have a two year old. She was very helpful and called me back within 10 min with good news. I spoke to her on 29th and the tank was delivered the next day. We were very happy as now we will have heating and hot water. The tank will be installed today, we haven’t used it yet but I researched about it and I am sure that the tank would be good just like their outstanding customer service.

Love the product but I have given up trying to order anymore. Delivery date missed, they blame their supplier when they are the manufacturer. Promised updates that never came. It then turned up with no notice even though I asked for 3 days. Customer service has dropped over the last 6 months.

I had a Mixergy tank installed as part of my Air Source Heat Pump heating system installation, about eight months ago. It’s been fantastic! On the rare occasion when I need some customer support, the Mixergy people on the other end of the line have been SO helpful and informative, pre-emptively answering questions I didn’t know to ask etc.

This is the first time I've dealt with Mixergy, and my experience was excellent through the whole process.

All the staff I have dealt with have been very quick at responding to me, and have always been able to deal with my query.

I have particularly been dealing with a girl called Priya, who has simply been a delight.

I cocked up the measurements, and ordered the wrong size tank as a result, and literally a few days before delivery I realised my mistake. This was not a problem for them, they took it all in their stride, ordered the smaller tank for me, and despite me saying to just keep the extra money, the didn't and refunded me the difference.

Excellent service, excellent company, and excellent staff.

I had a 300 litre Mixergy tank installed at the same time as my solar electric PV panels.
It has totally lived up to expectations.
I have not had to heat hot water from the grid since March (it is now November).
Getting a large tank was the right decision: I don't have to worry about running out of hot water when friends and family come to stay.
But, because it's a Mixergy tank, if there isn't enough sun during the winter and I need hot water for myself I only need to heat a small portion not the whole tank (as I would do have to do with a conventional hot water tank). And of course I can set it to do that at off-peak rates.
The app is useful.
It's very helpful to be able to see how much hot water is in the tank at any given time.
Also, by looking at the graphs, I can compare how much hot water has been used for baths, washing up, showers etc which has been enlightening.
The team at Mixergy have always been there to answer any queries and have always been helpful.
As you will gather I'm very pleased with my purchase.
