My dress was amazing and shipped directly from la divine designer. It was not a knockoff, and arrived a week later which was perfect. Customer service was great, helping me with all my concerns! I was scared after reading bad yelp reviews but I loved my dress.

I have bought from this page 3 times, and there is always some dress that is no longer available, so I don't understand why they keep them published. In my last purchase they did not tell me that there was no dress and when I wrote they simply told me that they were sorry but that there was not one and that they would not charge me for it, this a month after the purchase.

Absolutely the WORST COMPANY. I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Will not cancel an order will not do a return no customer service and the products are total garbage. If I can find a group of people to sue them I will pay. It is awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TRULY AWFUL.B

I absolutely love my new gown. This is the second year purchasing my gown from Mia Bella Couture for a Marine Corp. ball. Both gowns fit like a glove and are absolutely stunning. I was worried for a minute that it wouldn’t fit because I had to order online this time around since the Del Mar location is closed. But everything from the order date to delivery was perfect. They really went out of their way to contact me via email on keeping me updated. My event is next week and I am SO excited to wear.

Little tip. Stick to your size. They are true to size :)

Made a mistake with an order. Duplicated a dress they still will not let me return and get a full refund back. Agent was not nice about it.

Customer service was great. The dress hadn't shipped and once I reached out and expressed the urgency, they came through. The fit was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was that the sequin on the dress kept shedding. It was a bit much. Overall, I was highly satisfied.

Received the dress the day after ordering, it was too small so I called the store and they helped me with return and exchange and had different size sent out quickly. The dress was so beautiful. I was nervous ordering a dress online but the whole experience was a 10/10!

I received the dress in relative good time, based off the original estimated date of arrival. I love the style and color and fabric quality. However, I feel like this dress was not completed as it should have been. So it contained a sewing flaw. The lining to the skirt is not there, but the material from the lining clearly had a underskirt attached as the removal stitches show and it was left completely unfinished and not attached to the skirt at all...the unfinished edge was very itchy on the body and would not remain in place but would ride or bunch up

dress came super fast. I thought it was a sketchy website but the dress was more gorgeous than the photo. I love love love it!

Customer service is the worst I've experienced. When you finally receive a response from someone, they are rude and tell you that they are not going to respond to your messages any further even though they have done nothing to try and resolve your issue. In addition, they are dishonest. Took months to ship a dress and they finally told me that they didn't have the gown in my size and was trying to obtain it from Australia. They also accused me of altering a dress that I returned because their "quality control" did not inspect the dress prior to shipping it to me. In the timeframe from when I received it to when I returned it, it was not humanly possible for me to have it altered.

Unfortunately, I still had a credit I needed to use and purchased a dress recently. It came balled up in a plastic bag instead of a box, with the hanger broken into 3 pieces. Worst part is the dress looks like it may have been a sample because there were several snags and what appeared to be deodorant on it. I will not waste my time reaching out to them about this, because they will not do anything to rectify it and will probably carry the same rude tone as they did last time. Steer clear!!
