They were SO quick and kind there. I own a bridal salon and they make you feel as if you’re trying on wedding dresses yourself! So helpful and attentive.

They have the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with for online shopping. I ordered a dress in olive green and the same day of ordering they called informing me that the manufacturer had stopped production of the color. They kept checking in with me until I decided on another dress which was very helpful considering the fact I’m forgetful and unorganized. They edited my order rather than canceling it so I didn’t have to wait for a refund while ordering another dress which was awesome. The dress came in a timely manner and was just like the photos! Good quality for sure. Customer service was so on top of it which made it a good experience.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Mia Bella Couture, and I feel compelled to share my feedback with fellow shoppers. I had ordered a dress from them several weeks in advance, clearly stating that it was for a very special occasion. However, my experience with their customer service and the delayed delivery left me utterly dissatisfied.

After three weeks of waiting anxiously for my dress, I decided to follow up on the status of my order. I spoke with a lady named Daryl, who informed me that the address provided was not working. This explanation made no sense to me, as I had previously ordered dresses from Mia Bella Couture using the same delivery address without any issues.

Regrettably, the dress did not arrive on time for my special occasion, leaving me in a panic. I had no choice but to rush and purchase a last-minute dress, which was both stressful and inconvenient.

What truly saddened me was the complete lack of customer service I experienced throughout this ordeal. Mia Bella Couture failed to provide the necessary support and assistance, particularly for a brand that prides itself on its reputation. It was disheartening to witness how they simply avoided addressing my concerns, especially since I was ordering from outside of the USA.

Based on this terrible experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Mia Bella Couture. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service make them an unreliable choice. If anything goes wrong with your order, you can expect to be left in the dark and ignored. Save yourself the trouble and explore other options with more reliable and customer-oriented brands.

Beautiful dress, my daughter was happy

Beautiful gowns, but staff was not helpful, had to ask for help, and as we was leaving over heard staff talking about another customer.

No help with customer service, I paid $1800 for a dress that didn’t even come like it was in the picture and it was wrapped in the plastic bag it was all wrinkled and dress was short in the ftont which that doesn’t show in the picture, never again getting dress from them 0 stars

Ordered dress weeks ago for event on 4/19/24 but still no dress. Called and was told dress was back ordered but assured will ship with hopes that my daughter can wear it for a different event. Several calls, email, text and no response with an update. If they were just honest we weren’t going to get the dress we would have shopped elsewhere. First time and last time. So disappointed can’t rate the dress we didn’t get.

Ordered 2 dresses. Got them in on a decent time frame. Was easy to go to store and return the dress we didn't want. Friendly staff helped us make it smooth.

this has been THE WORST experience i’ve ever had my prom is this weekend and i ordered my dress back in the beginning of march was told it would be one week then by the end of march and was then told they would call me back with an update last wednesday not only did i get no call back but not one answer to any of my calls and it’s monday for an $800 dress this customer service is not matching has ruined my entire prom!!

My order has still not arrived though it was ordered weeks ago. I have gotten no updated information about when it will arrive.

To try and contact someone from this company is painful, don’t expect a reply in a timely manner. When they do get in contact with you they are very helpful but I did need to keep following up

When my dress arrived I was heartbroken to see the condition of the dress they had sent me, there was a lot of damage on the dress from stains to pulls/runs missing stones - I have emailed the company in regards to this and unfortunately are yet to hear back

The staff and service were excellent. Only complaint would be the communication and process post-purchase. We ordered the dress Feb. 5th and were told it would be in in less than a week but took longer because it was sent to the wrong store (CA instead of TX). Then we were told alterations would only take 1-2 weeks which made sense since my daughter’s prom was very early (3/28). Called 4 weeks later and we were told it was being worked on “right now” and would be ready on Saturday (length was only alteration), Drove 50 min to pick it up the Tuesday AFTER Saturday and it was “being finished today”. They did offer to hand deliver it which was generous but it still wasn’t ready to be delivered until that Friday. Long story short, we finally received the dress on Sunday, just 4 days before her prom. This was very frustrating. It never should have taken 6 weeks. Thank goodness the length was correct since there was no room for error!!! I will definitely go back but I’ll be diligent about staying on top of things better.

My daughter and I visited today and we had a lovely experience. Elaine was very attentive, patient and made sure we had a great dress shopping experience. She has booked me in for a fitting and I’m looking forward to going back in for my dress. I’d highly recommend to any mothers of the bride or groom.
