Everything was good, punctual and efficient, BUT I found it disconcerting because the radiographer often had her back to me chatting to other staff who came in. Also I couldn't understand what she was saying through the sound system, so I wasn't reassured as to how long there was left etc.

Really friendly and helpful. I was stuck in traffic and arrived late, but was kindly accommodated nonetheless. I was offered water, changing facilities are very private and secure and the scan itself was so much easier and less restrictive than others I have had elsewhere. Highly recommend.

My experience at Medserena was a pleasant one.
As from the initial call to attending the staff were friendly, reassuring and professional. This takes away any concerns that you might have on the day.

Absolutely the best quality in every regard from moment you walk in the door: excellence of people, finish of space and equipment made scan more of a delight than a “procedure.” Full marks David, man who knows not only his work but the nuance of interaction. Considering the alternative NHS I have endured will use Medserena even if self pay as it is more than value it is do-able with comfort and confidence in the team. Thank you!

From the moment on arrival at the Medserena my son Tyreece was put at ease. The Receptionists were so professional and friendly Big thanks to Emma.
My son has severe anxiety and experiences claustrophobia the Radiographer Bev was informative at the right pace for my Tyreece and performed a seamless Open MRI Head Scan for Tyreece.
We will definitely return to aquire your services for the future.

Very professional

Both the receptionist and radiographer were both pleasant and explained what would happen.
I am claustrophobic so chose the open scanner. It was slightly noisy and I was given ear plugs but found the noise level quite low. I had a lumbar spine scan and it took about 10 minutes. As I was wearing a dress without fastenings, I was allowed to wear my own clothes. Gowns are available.
The website did say that a USB would be used for the results. Not so.
The website also says refreshments are available but I was only offered bottled water. Perhaps the website should be updated?

I was treated with respect at all times. Staff were very helpful & friendly. The procedure was explained to me before proceeding.

From the receptionist upstairs to the receptionists and MRI radiographer Bev, I was made very welcome and although much nicer than the MRI tunnel, I was not looking forward to my scan, and as a result of their kindness, I felt much more relaxed. Bev was particularly kind and talked me through everything that was happening at the beginning and all the way through. It helped me enormously and should I ever have to have another MRI, I would without doubt come to Medserena! Thank you so much..

Incredible Service and Experience.

Medserena went above and beyond to facilitate a last minute Brain MRI scan for myself during a busy festive period. Online, I saw there were appointments in 3 days time however with my medical concerns, after a quick phone call and discussion with the team, Medserena were able to offer me an appointment within a couple of hours on the same day.
The whole process was incredibly smooth and straight forward which helped take away from the stress of my medical concerns - especially as the NHS has failed to escalate the issue after 4/10 days in A & E.

Upon arriving at the clinic, the receptionists were very bubbly and welcoming, offering water and tea/coffee with biscuits for my partner who had also came along.

Being my first scan, I was a bit anxious, but Stanley the radiologist and the whole team made the experience as easy and smooth as possible. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone, I knew I was in the best hands.

Would highly recommend Medserena to anyone looking to go private, especially those who have issues with claustrophobia and don't like the standard MRI's.

The MRI images were sent within the hour after receiving the scan, and the analysis two days later - even though there was the New Years holiday in between. Showing how serious, quick and sophisticated the set-up is at Medserena.

Thank you to all the team once again, health is wealth and Medserena really went above and beyond to help put my concerns at ease and make sure I was in the best of hands.
