I was at a loss as what to do about the problem with my bed, until I spoke to a very helpful young lady called Lisa, she was very helpful and put me on the right course, Thankfully I now have a engineer calling soon hopefully to sort out the problems

Bought gap insurance with them for…
Bought gap insurance with them for finance on my daughters car, was assured as long as the car had comprehensive insurance cover then this would be acceptable. Car is unfortunately written off but because im not a named driver they won't pay out. Completely missold a policy I paid for 3 years for. Customer service also shocking, takes days of going backwards and forwards to get anywhere. Avoid this company.

Spoke to Lauren today to set up GAP insurance, she was very friendly and transparent. It was very easy to set up, hopefully I never need to use it but if the claim process is as good as the customer service then I feel I’m in good hands.

Absolutely brilliant service everything explained and very friendly staff i was not made to feel pressure into buying this cover it was soly my choice. And for the price and what it covers give me peace of mind if anything happens to my car. Definitely recommend.

1 star is pushing it, takes your money then won’t pay out, taking this to the ombudsman to stop them doing the same to other people, complete and utter rip off company, this is the underwriter for Adrian flux, I think they need to find new underwriters

Had an issue with my policy and Spoke…
Had an issue with my policy and Spoke to Neil who was amazing and got the issue sorted out quick and explained what had happened and what they were doing to rectify it. I then managed to get a new policy sorted out with him too which was just what I needed and for less than I was expecting.

I kept getting phone calls from this company so I decided to give them a call back and it turns out that my car finance company asked them to give me a call I'm so glad I called them back I now have gap insurance on my car and Claire the advisor was very helpful went through everything with me explained in a way I could understand
