DONT BOTHER WITH THESE IDIOTS !! Regular contact with them until you collect your car . Once you’ve got your car they don’t want to know if anything goes wrong . Well into my 3rd week now of trying to get my refund for a car that they found that had endless problems . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!

The advisor Cam was very explanatory,listened to what I wanted/needed.was patient while I needed time to look over things etc.

I highly recommend Ethan. I was in contact with 3-4 car loan companies and he was the only person who understood my needs and stuck to the parameters I had set for finding a car. His communication through the process was excellent. We had a little set back with one car (not his fault) but he found another that was perfect with in hours. He is a credit to the organisation.

I applied online and the next day they went through everything that was on offer i was after. 1st car (the one i dreamed of having) was way out of my finance price range but that was to be expected but i had Taylor helping me out and was really helpful. Shown me others i really liked and went above and beyond to sort it out, even straight away swooped and snatched one before someone else got it so i am made up. The whole process has been great and the people i have spoken to have been a laugh and made me feel at home in the whole process. Highly recommend

The staff were all friendly, polite but the process was slow. I had so many phone calls & issues with everything under the sun.

I wasn't offered delivery until the warranty man called to sell me extras, he didn’t end up looking into it assume because I turned down their warranty.

My budget was £200, they found me a car we got through the process and said it would be £227 which is minor but annoying.

I haven’t even got the car yet but my payment has been set up for a months time, after being told it would be the end of the month it’s the 13Th which I can’t change without paying more for the longer period. I didn’t pick the date it didn’t let me.

What a great experience, from my initial contact to my last, I feel like I have been listened to and understood. Everyone has been amazing, especially Luke, you have been fab!! Thank you
