Insurance reimbursement
I purchased shipping insurance when I purchased my item but it was poorly packaged and a part fell out of the box. I have waited months for reimbursement but now I can’t even get a response to my correspondence.

Disappointed
It first said that it should arrive in 2 weeks time. We've waited a month and half to receive our orders. I called them (again) to know the update and they told me it will come in another 3 months! I had to cancel it and deal with unhappy clients.

Difficult to find collection point
You could not have chosen a more out of the way collection point. In the middle of nowhere, with hardly any signs.

We understand that more visible signage would enhance the ease of finding our location. However, due to specific restrictions and regulations, we're currently unable to add additional signs at this time.
We do provide links to Google Maps and Waze locations on our homepage and both these applications will take you righ to the entrance of our warehouse complex.
