I really don't know why this company hasn't got more stars. This is a family run business that always goes the extra mile. Great value for money and friendly staff. Every interaction ive had with them has been positive. Great communication and rapid delivery. What's not to like about that. Always offering freebies and great personal touches on the deliveries like free gifts and kind messages. I wish there were more companies like this one as we need them. Well done guys your first class. Keep up the amazing service. I will always be a loyal customer thank you!

Saw a part I needed online. Phoned about the part and yes they had 4 in stock. Tried other suppliers but only MacDonald had them in stock. Next day phoned again, I was asked if I had an account. Told them I use too not sure if I still had. Was asked my email address and told them. Told them I had phoned the day before and they had 4 in stock. Never heard any more so the next day I ordered the same part off screwfix and had to wait 1 day for delivery. Screwfix delivered unlike MacDonald pluming supplies. Still not heard anything from MacDonald plumbing supplies. Poor show. Very poor. No wonder I don’t use them. Shame. They used to be a decent company but as time has went on they’ve lost their touch.

Dissapointing service when items advertised on website but not delivered on time with full payment made.

next time consider other local suppliers

Have used Paul and the team for years as my go-to supplier for all plumbing and heating supply needs.
Great team with a really personal service. He even sends biscuits for my dog!

Parts didn't arrive, when delivery queried, they just cancelled the order and refunded. No explanation.

My first choice for plumbing and heating consumables.

Press fittings are always of high quality and best price first time, buy 1 or 100 its all the same. No need for fussy "terms" etc etc.

Delivery is quick, easy, and comes well packaged.

Recently upgraded press tooling and found the price to be great! With service which is second to non!

Not to mention this family run company are just so great to deal with.

My tank delivery was painfully slow and and included 3 addition package items that I had not asked for and which they refused to take back. Why send a double immersion control when the supplied cylinder has a single immersion heater? Why supply a motorised control valve when it is not needed or necessary .When I complained I was informed that these items are necessary to comply with building regulations??? It seems that the customer is always at fault.

First class supplier very fast delivery at a great price they even throw a chocolate bar in with your order . McDonald Plumbing are now my go to supplier

One of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with and the customer service is second to none.
I ordered the incorrect item and they could not have been more helpful, they arranged for the actual supplier to collect and initially this did not happen, however, MacDonalds bent over backwards to help, supplying me with detailed updates and chasing the supplier.
To my surprise they actually refunded me before receiving the goods and in my opinion this speaks volumes as to the integrity of this company.
Without hesitation I can highly recommend MacDonalds Plumbing & Heating.
