I ordered an item, all be it a small one if order, and it never arrived

Much like the response from customer services

I’m just glad it wasn’t an expensive item, but it has still short changed me of 10 pounds !

Personally I’d steer clear and use someone with a record of customer service and order fulfilment

An update to this review - after the 1 star review on here, this triggered a response from the company, who was able to chase up and track the order for me.
This resulted in the item arriving a couple of days later - a routing error on the side of Royal Mail.
Shame there had to be a 1 star review to initiate some dialogue - maybe there is an issue with the support system
Anyway - I have the item now, and arrived as described

Sent 4 of wrong sealant colour. Chap that answered phone was great, sorted refund and collection. Hopefully all will go well with collection! Otherwise no issues at all. Will use again.

Ordered product for next day delivery this was 4 Dec 2025. This came and went. Rang up they said after speaking to their delivery agent DX it might be delivered on the 5th but definitely by the 6th. The re delivery time on the 6th was also missed. Now now idea when they are expecting to deliver. So not a reliable supplier. Suggest avoiding if you want stuff in the next 4-5days.

I Really don't know where all the negative feedback on here is coming from. I purchased about £100 worth of plumbing fittings. After ordering and paying , somehow I came across all the negative reviews so decided to look on here. After reading them , I thought here we go !!! Going to have bother here !............. It was the total opposite. The goods were ordered late on a night about 10:30pm. They were here no problem within a day and a half.
I'll definitely be using them again !!! I speak as I find and review honestly... I've literally had no problem at all.

The company takes orders for products on back order and does not inform you of this. Yet, they stil charge in full and my back order never arrived. i had to complain to Paypal to get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered WiFi hub for ESI controls. Delivered very quickly by DX, well packaged and best price I could find.

The end of 2024 has had my business dealing with many clowns! Non more so than this circus of a company.

Made an order in the region of £500 of press fittings, when the package arrived it looked like it had been beaten to death and most of the content was missing!

Messaged and the customer care team claimed I was lying! After proof of delivery was checked as evidence the items were resent. But the way I was spoken to was not good! Especially when there own POD photo showed the state of the package.

Sent emails with no reply.

They still won't leave me alone constantly sending texts. I've now changed my phone number.

Ordered something, delivered next day. Then realised wasn’t needed informed them and sent it back at my expense.under consumer regulations you have 14 days to change your mind for a full refund including the £7.99 they charged me for delivery.
All they refunded was the cost of the part despite me contacting them they just ignored me.
Avoid them customer service appalling.

after 5 days of my gas kit online order, called them and asked about my order ?
responded , we out of the item for few days and any time that we receive it , then we will send it to you .
when I asked them so why you accept the order, and why you did not informed me about. etc

instead of apologise
they were SUPER RUDE with me
shame for them SHAME.

Excellent company to deal with arrived quickly and well packaged will use them again

Placed an order with 2 day delivery.
Nothing after 7 days so sent an email. No response.
Called a number of times - either cut off or sent to answer machine.
Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I got a refund.
Avoid like the plague
Edit: They send have sent me multiple SMS adverts that I cannot unsubscribe from too.

Further Edit: They are still sending me text spam and now have included an option to unsubscribe - by sending a message to a premium rate number! Reported to the ICO here: ico dot org dot uk

I ordered 50M of 25mm blue water tubing! They sent me 25M instead. As the tubing was going into the ground the very next day it was of no use to me. I had to arrange another supplier, which was a success.

Placed an online order on 9th March, paid for 2 day delivery. Having not received my parcel I raised a "ticket" with their customer services dept. Still no reply so I started calling these guys directly. Their phone rung out and went to voicemail all day long. Finally answered and the 1st thing the rep said was "Shall I cancel the order?". I asked when I was likely to receive it and said yesterday, it didn't arrive.1 week after placing the order I have just called them again to cancel my order. I did so because it had been a week since I ordered it, nobody (including customer services) bothered to get back in touch with me. Unless you're ordering something you don't need, please avoid using these cowboys at all cost! You will end up angry and frustrated with nothing to show for it a week later (like me!!).

Ordered some sealant from them on a “special offer” what they forget to mention is that it’s out of date.

Contact them and they say it’s ok as it lasts forever… however maybe just mention that on the website as the reason it’s on offer. Makes me doubt the legitimacy of the other “cheaper than anyone else” claims. Cheaper cause it’s dump stock.

Underhand tactics when honesty should be the best policy.
