I ordered underfloor heating parts that never arrived. They sent a message that the order was refunded but I never received the money back. They told me for months that it was being sorted, six months later still no money returned to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Total scum bags that cannot be contacted. Will take your money and not send items you have ordered. Have contacted my bank for refund.
Save yourself the hassle and remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!!!

been waiting for my delivery now for 4 weeks, I called them and they said it would be delivered that day between 12 and 4pm, this did not happen. been calling all day on 2 separate phone numbers given to no avail.
our order is of £624.00 and by looking at other reviews i dont think we will be getting it very soon. will keep emailing and calling them until i can then go to my bank for a refund. avoid this company

Ordered some pipe lagging nearly 2 month ago , it has never arrived ! asked for a refund and still waiting . Phone and email ignored . Avoid !!!

Ordered a part, not delivered, do not answer phone or emails not only are you losing money but unable to complete job on time as promised, use an alternative company.

All I received were repeated false “failed delivery attempt” emails and weeks of hassle. After six weeks with no delivery, I had to recover £360 through a bank chargeback because Mr Hussain, the director, refused to issue a refund.

He insisted I should wait for the item to arrive, then pay return postage before a refund would even be considered — despite the company advertising 2-day delivery.

Wait for something I had paid for, which clearly wasn’t arriving, then pay to return it? Interesting business model.

To be clear, DPD were not the issue. They deliver to our addresses multiple times every week without problem.

Hideously poor service, an unreasonable refund policy, and not a company I would trust.

I think this is a scam - all five star reviews are from new profiles (probably fake) all negative reviews say similar - paid money, got nothing, would not refund.

Missing items. Been lied to saying they have been sent out. Really hard to get a response via any form of communication.

Top service from start to finish. Proper easy to find what I needed and the price was right. Shipping was lightning fast too. Will 100% be using them again for the next project.

Sent the wrong item, ignored emails after saying they would arrange a swap. Then I called them and asked them to do a partial refund instead and they agreed but noting happened and then ignored emails again.

Opened a claim with credit card company.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I made an order for three items on Feb 18th. Supposedly next day delivery (cost extra). Nothing arrived. Kept chasing and eventually was told one item was on back order and would be in soon. Kept chasing by email as phone calls go unanswered. Still never arrived and they stopped answering emails. Eventually went to cancel and they sent an email confirming cancellation and the refund on Mar 3rd. No refund posted in two weeks to chased (no response) and contacted my bank (need to wait 31 days). Now raising a dispute via my bank.

Scam company,stay well clear .ordered a pump which did not arrive in time so cancelled order ,still waiting on my money to be returned nearly 4 months later ,credit card company is chasing after them .
Tried to ring countless times ,never answer the phone ,just goes to answer machine.
Countless emails with no response.

Needed some fittings the next day. They came on time with nothing missing. Great experience would recommend

I had a very positive experience with this company.

I ordered over £230 worth of Speedfit fittings, and they were the best value I could find online. After reading some mixed reviews, I was initially a bit unsure, so I contacted them to confirm my order.

They replied within 20 minutes, which was very reassuring, and my complete order arrived just two days later.

Everything was correct and well packaged.

It’s worth noting that there appears to be a similarly named company with poorer reviews, which may be causing some confusion. Based on my experience, I would definitely use this company again.

Ordered a part on Monday and it came the next day, excellent service and great prices

Ordered parts and realised straight away they were incorrect. Cancelled next day without goods being shipped. Waiting for refund more than a month later. Very difficult to get on the phone. Would not recommend this company!

Order never arrived emails and phone calls, at first said they where sorting it out, still did not arrive contacted them again no reply to emails and no pick up on calls. In the end i had to ask my bank to step in received full refund, STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!

Really good service, cheapest online, the person on the phone was very helpful and polite and as promised we recieved next day delivery. Would recommend to anyone.
