I originally tried to buy the 79.20 kr plan, but Lycamobile sent me a text message saying I wasn't eligible for it. I then purchased the 99 SEK plan instead. However, my account was charged for both plans.

Lycamobile bundles are set to auto-renew by default to prevent service interruptions. The card used for the initial purchase will also be used for future renewals. However, customers can modify the renewal settings at any time by logging into their Lyca Mobile account.

I am using the Fast Pris 99 package
I am using the Fast Pris 99 package. After I used my included 10 GB of data, I purchased (6/30) the 3 GB Surf S add-on only because I needed extra data at that time.
I did not intend to subscribe to a recurring 3 GB package. However, I noticed that Lyca deducted another 69 SEK and activated the 3 GB add-on again automatically again on 7/28.
I would like to know why this add-on was set to renew automatically. I never gave my consent for automatic renewal, and I was not aware that it would continue charging me.
My questions is why the 3 GB Surf S add-on was activated with automatic renewal since I already have a plan package and I do not need any other.
Why not such issue has taken action and refundsince it was made without my clear consent.
