Nice customer service with bad execution
Nice customer service, but bad overall experience.
The website doesn't work when I have to upload documents and gaslights me, saying valid documents are expired. Doesn't let me register with my bank ID and won't let me escape this provider into someone better. So this is a painful experience for me. Sometimes I have waited for 20-30 mins in the call queue to solve some issues.
