I'm making orders with LuxeBC on a weekly occasion, Ordering batches of Yummy Earth lollipops which are so delicious! We sell them and without lollipops there is no work. There has been delays with the orders in recent weeks however I have been in contact with Adrian from LuxeBC, He has personally gone out of his way to ensure we have received our lollipops on delivery without delay. Great customer service.

The tea I ordered was out of stock in the quantity I wanted but I was told quickly and offered an alternative, which I took. The refund for the difference in price was really prompt and the tea bags themselves are top quality. Very impressed.

Used these to control my high cholesterol for years as I couldn't deal with statins, muscle aches & hateful approach to those around me - not nice for anyone. My cholesterol is now under control (low), my mood is stable (most of the time). I highly recommend.

I researched this product at length and made my decision based on information supplied by Luxe. Having made my choice I expected to wait...but it wasn't for long. How this product will fare iI cannot say as I am trying it tomorrow whilst abroad. I do not expect to be disappointed.

Communication could be better. I never know when my order has been dispatched/posted and orders take approximately 21 days to arrive. This being said, the orders always arrive , well packaged. Reliable company to do business with.

I will continue to order from LuxeBC as they have an extensive range of stock at good prices but I have resigned myself to forward planning and ordering well before I run out of certain items due to the time it takes to deliver ( up to 4 wks ) with no follow-up from customer services unless prompted.

ive ordered many times at luxeBC and was satisfied right off! nice custom service and quick delivery. and the have a real great assortment so i could buy all my favorite products at one supplyer! now i order only from then on a regular basis

Excellent products, with good descriptions. However I found the website extremely slow and the postage was slow also, which is disappointing, a different company I use manage to send out the order within 2-3 days, I honestly thought my order had been lost. I would use this company again, they stock products I haven't seen in other places, I'd just make sure I hadn't nearly run out of things.

I've ordered this product three times now and what I cannot understand is how it can take so long to reach me despite paying full postage (ten days from ordering). Other sites charge nothing & their products are received so much quicker in a matter if two or three days.

The deals on LuxeBC are really reasonable.
All my purchases have always been friction free except that delivery takes a while am totally ok with it though.
Every supplement, tea etc have worked well for me.
And I've had to recommend my friend to the site.
