An excellent company to deal with. Products are always extremely well packed and arrive quickly. Almost immediate replies to emails.

Unable to buy the particular brand of oatmeal anywhere else in the U.K I regularly buy them in bulk every 6-8 weeks. The more boxes you buy the more the discount, plus by liking their page on facebook you receive an additional discount off of postage. My only issue is that as I buy so often and so many boxes I would hope some more incentive and or further discounts for frequent returning customers.

I was disappointed with how long it took to deliver an order, but I see that they now have a 'quick option', so hopefully that will speed things up.

I ordered some products and read the warning on the website that order handling and shipment could take a while. After order confirmation it was dead silent and only after my request I got an update on my order. That reply came very quick and was accurate and satisfying information. Products were delivered not long after and I could track the shipment via the internet.

Our local shop does not stock the particular toothpaste I wanted. This company do. They sell large tubes of toothpaste which I like. Delivery was good and there was 10% off my second order. I shall certainly sho there again with the discount esecially.

Goods didnt arrive after 2 emails a response questioning if I had looked everywhere in case it had been left elsewhere, and the fact I had told them that the Parcelforce website still showed the packages been with them awaiting collection from Parcelforce. Several emails and eventually acknowledgement that issues with courier and they were investigating. Finally replacement goods dispatched but not until they have received compensation from Parcelforce. Nearly 3 weeks from order to delivery, I wont be using them again.

Products you normally wouldn't be able to get up the high street they seem to have them. It's comforting shopping with them as you know you will get more than what your looking for.
They are down by 1 star because delivery can take a bit of time.

One word. Brilliant. Great products and prices and a fantastic selection of goods you cannot purchase anywhere else. Fantastic..regular customer and will continue to be, great communication a pleasure to deal with.

I recommend this site because there is a wide variety if choice. Every item is well explained and you can browse easily. The expedition is fast and efficient and fragile goods like bottles are appropriately wrapped!!

There a certain products that are a nightmare to locate easily. LuxeBC have done a marvellous job of stocking a vast range of health and beauty products at sensible prices, delivered straight to your door. I would recommend everyone drops shopping in overpriced rip off high street stores like Holland and Barrett, GNC etc etc, and buy from these people. Fast, efficient, friendly, competative - there is no reason why you shouldnt do your shopping with LUXEBC. Marvellous.................................. Im Uber happy :-) :-) :-)

Having lived in USA for so long I never knew how difficult it is to find egg-free products until we moved to UK last year. I am very happy to have found your online store where american product are available.

Easy site to order from; easy transaction but have now been using for many months and though the order confirmation still says trying to improve time of despatch etc nothing seems to have improved in this area.

I would recommend luxebc anytime considering the broad range of products that are not only natural but also quality. I especially like the company given that the products are very hard to find in the UK in stores or other places online, so its nice to have a place where I can find them all.

I buy a certain type of teabag from this company that I can't buy anywhere else. Easy website to order from, the more I order, the cheaper the price (though the teabag itself isn't cheap). Excellent communication and no complaints about the delivery or packing. Had a nice discount with my last order too. They do a wide range of products and I would highly recommend them.
