The castor oil i bought was as described. It was easy to order, i thought delivery was ok but could have been quicker tho it could have been the carriers that were a bit slow. Will order from them again

I ordered from this company last year and I had great service so when my parcel didn't arrive this time I was straight on to customer services to find out what had happened. I had an immediate reply and was assured they would attempt to track my parcel. A couple of days later I contacted them again and was told a replacement shipment was on its way as the orginal had been lost. Within 24 hours my replacement arrived. Perfect.

I was really impressed with your stock as you have some really hard to get products in bulk stock. But it took a very long time to be delivered to me, I was told it was dispatched after a week and it then took another 10 days to make it to me. Other than that I was happy and i will order again, just with more time to spare this time over.

I would give 5 stars if the shipping was traceable.

Great company, lots of really good products at competitive prices. However compared to other mail order companies that I use delivery takes a while.

I ordered some supplies from LuxeBC I did not receive my order when I should have, I made enquiries which i am p!eased to say they put right straight away, aparrently the there was a problem with the postal service. It was well worth the wait. Thanks

I really like the range of products and price but i am completely baffled by how they can charge so much for a delivery service that takes between 8 and 12 days to arrive. If they can offer a similar delivery service to 99% of other online stores they will have cracked it and i for one will order far more than what i currently do.
