Absolutely fabulous choice of clothes. There is so much suitable across all the age groups and fantastic range of sizes. First class service and very fast at processing a refund on returns. Lucy and Gill take a great deal of pride in selecting clothes for their shoppers. They do several live shows on new stock which are never rushed. A real interest in their customers and modelling their clothes gives so much more to their customers than seeing clothes on the hanger. Lots of generous give aways too. They are also great supporters of charities. I wish I was closer to a shop to spend more on clothes than the postage! My favourite go to clothes now.

Ordered a jacket and a dress and both excellent quality, everyone always complements my jacket, I’m sure my dress will also be the same but haven’t worn it yet. Excellent delivery too, highly recommend

The best clothes and company ever - fantastic quality and variety but their customer service is amazing - the most helpful and friendly company I have ever dealt with, they couldn’t do more to assist, over and above expectations and are a total pleasure to deal with. Can’t recommend them enough.

Just received my gorgeous Rooney palazzo pants & basic white tee. Lovely quality and fit. My daughter who is an 8 find it amazing that they also fit her. I have purchased a few Magic dresses too. My holiday wardrobe is looking fab. Delivery is fantastic and I can highly recommend Lucy Lou’s .

Firstly customer service is very good. But the dresses are poor quality, cheap cotton, and from China.
Arrived very creased so no good for packing in a case.

I have placed 3 orders so far from Lucy Lou's boutique and I am delighted with the speed of the delivery (next day) the quality of the dresses are excellent and a good price too, and the magic dresses are truely magic, I am size 20/22 and 5ft 1 and they fit perfect. I would definitely be using them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ok I’m not a dressy kind of woman, but have been seeing these dresses and other items and thought ooh let’s give it a go….. I ordered a black long one size dress, I’m a size 12-14 and thought well I’m either going to look awful or I’m going to look great and more importantly feel great. I ordered the dress and waited it arrived very quickly, which I was impressed with. I took it out of wrapping and held it up and thought ok let’s try this on and see! As stated before I don’t have a lot of dresses well in fact I have one other somewhere in my wardrobe. So I tried on the dress all I can say is WOW I’m so impressed I LOVE IT which is saying something from me! I’m not a confident person in clothes, I tend to stick to blacks and big jumpers/tshirts and jeans etc
I’m approaching 50 next month and ok tbh I’m not looking forward to it but this dress made me feel confident and even my husband commented on how nice it looks and we all know what men can be like at times lol
So thank you for making me feel great and confident and I cannot wait till summer comes now. I’ll be ordering a few more too.
