Friendly helpful staff go above and beyond, beautiful clothes at great prices, excellent service, my wardrobe is full of Lucy Lou's clothes, since shopping at Lucy Lou's past 2 years I've gained in confidence wearing Lucy's clothes and thanks to the staff that help you,I won't buy from any other shop now, it's a family that we are all part of can't praise them enough.

I just want to thank Lucy and her mum Gill. I had lost my confidence in everything. So when my husband surprised me to a holiday to kos for our 30th wedding anniversary I didnt no where to turn for advice on my new wardrobe of summer clothes. So I email Lucy. Told her everything. She was fantastic she told me I could go to any of the shops our order off line. So I ordered off line in the end. I cant believe the amazing dresses tops I have now got hanging in my wardrobe. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for all u have done for me. I now feel like I can go away hold my head up high and enjoy our 30th Anniversary. I ordered a dress, jumpsuit, two pairs of leggings and a top and kept everything. Quality is excellent. Delivered very quickly and I have had so many compliments when I wear the dress and jumpsuit and top. I would 101% recommended this boutique. I usually send things back but not this time ❤️

Lovely little boutique although not local to me but on line friendly. Have recently bought some summer dresses.. 1 order then oops another. Dresses are fab quality light and floaty for the summer. Delivery was within a couple of days so really good and efficient.

Returned my order. I sent 2 emails asking about my refund. I have yet to hear back from them.

I absolutely adore Lucy Lou’s boutique. Can’t get enough of their clothes. Must have over 20+ pieces of them. Only ever returned 2 item’s because they didn’t suit me colour wise. Fab fit good quality. Very quickly dispatched. Usually same day. Very quick to refund too. What’s not to like!

Lucy Lous is the only place I buy clothes from. The clothes are beautiful and good quality and very affordable. I love watching the Facebook lives each week and seeing the new stock. Fabulous clothes that often fit a size 8 to 20 so a great investment if like me your weight tends to fluctuate. Lovely accessories too. Quick response if you need to return for a refund and fabulous value for money. Only problem is I can’t stop buying stuff. New bits constantly tempting me xxx

I ordered a few items on Monday and they arrived this morning (tues). I love their clothes I'm a little obsessed!. Love watching the social media lives as they show different size people modelling the clothes which is a great idea as we aren't all size 0. Im sure I will be ordering again very soon. Great small family run business well done x

I placed an order Friday lunchtime and it was delivered to Glasgow within 24 hours. Having ordered several dresses as I couldn't choose, I had to return a couple and the return process was very straighforward, I got notification with two days that my refund was being processed. Will definitely purchase from them again, magic dresses are fab.

Absolutely fabulous choice of clothes. There is so much suitable across all the age groups and fantastic range of sizes. First class service and very fast at processing a refund on returns. Lucy and Gill take a great deal of pride in selecting clothes for their shoppers. They do several live shows on new stock which are never rushed. A real interest in their customers and modelling their clothes gives so much more to their customers than seeing clothes on the hanger. Lots of generous give aways too. They are also great supporters of charities. I wish I was closer to a shop to spend more on clothes than the postage! My favourite go to clothes now.
