I emailed customer service with a query regarding trousers of a Co ord. my query was dealt with straight away and passed to the relevant person to answer. Thank you Georgia and Ella for your great customer service and coming back to me so quickly.

I’m a new customers to Bows Boutiques and saw a top I would really like to purchase but the colour I want is out of stock. I emailed customer service & got a response acknowledging my email within minutes. I then got a follow up email advising me what to do. I’m more than impressed with the way they handled my questions. Not very often you get a response so quickly. I’m now looking forward to my first purchase.

Just recieved my 1st order which came really quickly. The jumpsuit is absolutely gorgeous and fits like it was made for me, perfect sizing. Really good quality too. I got so fed up of trying clothes on the high street and nothing fitting due to terrible sizing. I would 100% recommend bows boutique, I will be making more purchases. Very happy.

Received my first order today. I was a little unsure at first, but I trusted the reviews — and these days with AI and scams, you never really know.

I can 100% say: don’t worry! The shirred waist off-the-shoulder dress I ordered is everything promised and more. The material is lovely, it fits great, soft and stretchy — plus it has pockets, so it has everything!

This might be my first order, but it definitely won’t be my last.
