Really good service
Really good service, quick, professional and straightforward. The only downside was that the collection window was quite broad. I contacted customer services for a narrower estimate, but they were unable to provide more detail. That said, they were clear from the outset that someone would be in touch within the collection period, and that expectation was met. Overall, very reliable and I will certainly use them again.

Hi JT,
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found our service quick, professional, and reliable. We appreciate your note about the collection window — while we aim to provide accurate timeframes, sometimes exact slots aren’t possible due to route scheduling, but we’ll continue looking for ways to improve this.
We’re pleased you’d use us again and look forward to assisting you in the future!
