I ordered medicube cream second time when I ordered first time the medicube creams quality was great. But now I got second time my order medicube quality is very cheap like temu. But cosrx stuff is good. So I m not recommended to buy medicube from lila beauty.

Amazing product selection, incredible customer support and fast delivery!

2 out of 3 items arrived with the tamper seals broken/cut. I contacted via chat and after receiving no response, sent emails with photos. I also mentioned I'd paid for express shipping as I needed the products ASAP, so I was hoping for a quick resolution. It's now been over 28 hours with no reply. Based on other reviews they seem great, unless your order has an issue, then they're terrible. I wouldn't recommend taking the risk.

My order was delivered quickly and the products arrived in perfect condition. The prices at Lila Beauty are very competitive - I will definitely order from this company again [Beauty of Joseon]. Also, the free samples (and the sweet) included in my order were a nice touch - thank you :)

Made a very large order on a Friday late at night and received the order by Monday morning. Packaged great, all products arrived and in perfect condition. I will definitely be ordering again.

Buyers Beware!! This website has horrible customer service with 0 care factor after the purchase has been made. On this occasion, one of my products was broken and leaking and once I got in touch with Lilabeauty, they did not want to claim any responsibility for this damaged product. I have sent numerous emails and have since gotten no response. This is appalling and I hope no one else runs into this situation because they do not reply back or acknowledge my emails at all.

Fast shipping (Australia metro), authentic items as far as I can tell, good descriptions of items, good/accurate photos, decent sales and product options. Love Lila Beauty!!! They are reliable, cost effective, authentic store and products (covers almost all K Brands) fast shipping and sales all the time. If you subscribe to their emails, you'll get updated with latest sales on brands. Emails are responded to efficiently and not a single email thus far has been ignored from my end. John is friendly and communicates with respect. I am a repeated customer with Lila and will surely only get my K Beauty products from them. Have tried a couple others but always find myself back with Lila. There is a sense of comfort knowing my products will arrive and it will be authentic. Returns are easy (haven't done one myself but have read from others). John gives free samples in accordance to how much has been purchased. He balances this out to be fair to all his customers. They are currently having a sale on all Medicube products (the craze right now) however, I've always been a Medicube, Medi peel and Mizon fan. Try Lila, you won't regret it at all.
