Great customer service
Over all Great customer service! I had two seperate orders and they were kind enough to put two orders together and refunded me the shipping for the other one. I was surprised because they did not need prompting to do it. That alone would have given them a 5 star but the reason why I gave them a 4 star is because there are alot of items I wanted that are out of stock. Still, it is a very good site. Really appreciate it.

Amazing price, prompt delivery, but currently low stock
My parcel arrived surprisingly quickly, I was eligible for free express shipping but had accepted possibility of delays with the current COVID-19 situation. All my products arrived safely the next day, really excited to use them! The only thin is I did have to modify my original list of items I wanted to buy as quite a few things were sold out, I was waiting for about a week for re stock, maybe I had just missed it. Looking forward to exploring K-beauty more with Lila Beauty! <3

Great selection of korean & japanese beauty products for australia which I really appreciate, especially without the inflated prices some other stores or ebay sellers list for thankfully. I will continue to purchase from Lila Beauty for these reasons.

Really impressed
Have ordered twice on this site. Both orders arrived within a week or two, no issues. They carry a lot of hard to find products at affordable rates (even cheaper than iherb). Highly recommended.

I am sorry to hear that there were issues with this delivery and that the box may have unfortunately sustained some damage in transit which could have caused it to open. This is a very rare occurrence as we also tape all the sides of the box down to ensure that it stays closed. Unfortunately though it has occurred in this instance.

Good experience
Great products at good price but most of the items are sold out. They should be stocked in. As well as many other korean skincare sellers add multiple samples of great korean brands in customer orders whereas lila beauty only put one small sample though my order was a big one. Lila beauty should increase number of samples.
