I’ve only purchased from Lila Beauty once so far, but I had a great first experience. My order was shipped within three days and arrived about a week and a half later, which I was really happy with. When my package arrived, it also included a small freebie, which was a lovely surprise. Everything arrived safely and well packaged. I’d definitely purchase from them again.

Have never had a problem with them tbh. Sooo affordable compared to physical store (cheaper than chemist, sephora, w cosmetic generally) shipping is relatively quick too. Placed my order wrong once and emailed them on the day to see if it could be amended or refunded so I could place another and had the refund within 24 hours.

Have not had one negative experience with Lila Beauty and I’ve been using them for a good year and half. I place an order and I have it within 2 business days. I’ve reached out on a few occasions to query restocks and they’ve always gotten back to me quickly - they have a huge range and always have a sale happening every week, they’re my go too anything Korean skincare! They are one of the few stores that have a really good rewards system set up and their shipping costs are one of the lowest around. Bonus - they aren’t stingy on the samples they send out - they always include more than any other online beauty supplier I’ve ever used.

I ordered medicube cream second time when I ordered first time the medicube creams quality was great. But now I got second time my order medicube quality is very cheap like temu. But cosrx stuff is good. So I m not recommended to buy medicube from lila beauty.

Amazing product selection, incredible customer support and fast delivery!

2 out of 3 items arrived with the tamper seals broken/cut. I contacted via chat and after receiving no response, sent emails with photos. I also mentioned I'd paid for express shipping as I needed the products ASAP, so I was hoping for a quick resolution. It's now been over 28 hours with no reply. Based on other reviews they seem great, unless your order has an issue, then they're terrible. I wouldn't recommend taking the risk.

Buyers Beware!! This website has horrible customer service with 0 care factor after the purchase has been made. On this occasion, one of my products was broken and leaking and once I got in touch with Lilabeauty, they did not want to claim any responsibility for this damaged product. I have sent numerous emails and have since gotten no response. This is appalling and I hope no one else runs into this situation because they do not reply back or acknowledge my emails at all.
