I have been with Lightnet for many years and am delighted with their service.
When I have needed help, which is rare, it’s good to be able to speak to a human being.
I feel that they take an interest in their customers. Long may that last.

I have been with lightnet now for a few years, I work at home so wanted a good reliable service with excellent customer care. Lightnet have not let me down, I would recommend them to anyone and can't sing their praises highly enough.

Lightnet has to be one of the best companies to deal with, the fibre broadband is excellent,if for any reason due to cable damage it is out ,it is repaired super fast,and you get text to let you know what's happening...100% Pleased with it

Thomas Huban from company Lightnet called today to help us with issues we thought we were having with internet.Our issues were failures on our part to link up properly on devices. He couldnt have been more clear in his instructions. He was extremely helpful, professional in every way. He explained clearly what we needed to do in future when we arent getting coverage. A fantastic worker .
