A local team that communicate together to achieve the customer requirements. They are willing to review the requirements on an individual basis and make a determination based off their review rather than an one size fits all playbook. They are not dismissive of concerns and are a great team who are approachable and communicative.

Great product. Great service
I was really impressed with the service I got from Lightnet. They were out to me within three days of me making contact. They installed their system in a very professional way. This included a wire on the gable wall and drilling a hole into the sitting room both done very neatly.
Finally the reason I called them was to get me better broadband than I had. I can honestly say that is light years ahead of what I had.
I cannot say enough about the company.

Ring up to renew contract, agent on phone was very pleasant professional and very easy to talk with. He even arranged for a new modem to be delivered for free. Less then 5 minutes on phone. Have been dealing with Lightnet for 10 years, and have never ever had an issue. Brilliant company
