We really do like our elite 30m lighting they are really well made and the part you can buy to dim the lighting is awesome we are really pleased with the delivery and everything from start to finish..mm

I have now purchased 4 sets of Super elite festoon warm white lights at various lengths.
Every time service and delivery have been excellent. The lights are of excellent quality and emit a great amount of light.
One issue however that I am having unfortunately is squirrels biting through the drop down cables to the bulb fittings.
So far 4 times, so have had to buy yet another set of 15m lights and also had to purchase from another garden light company 16mm black conduit in the hope it deters them.
It is becoming very expensive.
I just wonder if any other customers have had the same issue and just thought you should be made aware of it.

We purchased the outdoor festoon lighting, and love them for our pergola! They're really high quality, and have lots of options of length for both the lights and the plug extension, which meant we could tailor it to our garden.
We needed to contact customer services to help with a return of spare lighting, and Ciera was really kind and professional, and was able to solve our issue.

My order of elite festoon lights was delivered promptly, well packaged and are of excellent quality. I supplemented the order with a remote control. A small issue with the remote module was discussed with their experts, who offered advice for a resolution. When this proved unsuccessful, they quickly dispatched a replacement without quibble. I have used Lighting Legends before, and the quality of goods are of commercial quality, and far superior to those found in garden centres. Their overall service is always excellent. I thoroughly recommend them.

We bought our lights in August 2024, and in July 2025 we noticed a visible pool of water inside one of the bulbs. On contacting Lighting Legends, they quickly responded and advised us to check that the bulbs were securely tightened. They also sent us two replacement bulbs straight away. Very happy with the speed of their response and the outcome – great customer service!

Bought two sets of Lighting Legends outdoor lights in May 2024. They looked great and just what we wanted. However, convieniantly for Lighting Legends, I started to notice water leaking into the bulbs just after the 12 month warrenty had expired. I contacted them but their "award winning" customer service were less than helpful, blaming me for not checking the bulbs were tight periodically. It does not tell you to do this in their instructions. I rteplaced the faulty bulbs but after around a week they blew the MCB on that circuit. Close inspection revealled that the seal had failed on one of the connectors. The lights have been reduced to unuseable in 13 months through poor design. Utter waste of money. On their website they get shinning reviews. This is because customers place these reviews after recieving their order and before such problems reveal themselves. You are then unable to change your review.

I have bought a few items over the years and always been really pleased. In a recent purchase I ordered the wrong size. I contacted the team and what a great Service. Adam was on the case and ensured I got the correct items. The correct goods sent immediately an I received them within 24 hours! plus a free return for my incorrect items. The quality of the Products are always top notch and I will be recommending them to family and friends without doubt. Thanks!

I searched for some fairy lights and wanted some quality because used solar lights before and they don’t last. Found lighting legends, website looked great, lights looked great so ordered 6 sets as wanted 60m length and they were connectable. Lights arrived quickly and quality excellent. Ordered an extension lead too. I also ordered a dimmer unit which is amazing. I mention this because the dimmer unit worked when I first tested it but then the functionality apart from off/on didn’t work when connected outside. I emailed lighting legends and the support was amazing. They asked me to try different resets and advised of solutions which nothing worked. They didn’t hesitate to send out a new dimmer unit that they had tested first so knew it worked. I received this the next day and all is working perfectly and lights are brilliant. Ciera at lighting legends helped me and was incredible, the support has been the best I have ever experienced, friendly, timely and resolved. Well done this company you have got it spot on for quality goods and excellent support. I will be using you again

I had an issue with a product and the information supplied to me. I wrote a one star review and it was deleted, seems they only allow 4 and 5 star reviews so don’t trust this company.

Yodel lost my garden lights. I got in touch with lighting legends who were extremely helpful and kept me updated whilst they got in touch with yodel. Who had infact lost my lights. They resent my lights out to me and they look great in my garden. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I bought some lights through B&Q but was sent a similar but slightly different product. Dealing directly with Lighting Legends to get this rectified was easy. Their customer service was excellent and far superior to what we're used to these days! The correct product quickly arrived and it's just what we wanted. Great quality. I will definitely shop with them again but directly next time.

The customer service I have received from Lighting Legends is first class. They take feedback on their products, (positive and negative), very seriously and look to continually improve on the quality of products supplied. I have recently received some of their improved quality flame torch lights, which are stunning and light up night after night even after a cloudy day. I cannot recommend Lighting Legends highly enough.

Clearly you have an issue here with your production - specifically the bulb units, which allow ingress of water. Sold as being year-round waterproof IP65 rated. They are not. Returned to Amazon for a refund. Luckily they failed in only 6 months. Will avoid in future.

Great customer service. Ive had the Outdoor Elite Festoon Waterproof Heavy Duty lights for almost 3 years now and not a single one has ever gone. Great quality lights. My son has just smashed two with his football so ive just been back on site to buy a set of replacement bulbs. So easy to change. Quick delivery, would highly recommend.
