Pleasant staff
Needed to cancel an appointment but had difficulties contacting because my emails went unanswered and the appointment day arrived with no acknowledgement, however I rang in the morning and finally managed to get through and requested a smaller window of time for the appointment and they allowed that. The receptionist was very pleasant and polite as was the engineer who carried out the service.

I was informed of a gas inspection and could turn up at anytime during the day,the 28th ,he turned up,I asked him if he could remove his shoes and obliged,just had carpet cleaned but he did what he needed to do and was on his way,I asked him if everthing was ok and yes ok,a good job done

Was given a morning appointment and by 11 I went on the online chat and I was told they would be there by 1pm and still no one came so I rang and was told they might be delayed so rang again around 2 and told they were coming soon. Finally turned up after 3pm. No courtesy call or anything, I had to ring myself to find out what was happening.

Visit not attended by engineer
Very confused as why asking for a rating when I’ve had no engineer arrive.
I received a text message yesterday at 3:08 saying an engineer would be with me in the morning. I was calling to say to say I would not be home. Nobody got back to me. I still need an engineer out as my boiler has a slow leak and an issue with the pressure.
